The manager Kelly was honestly one of the best, if not the best manager and employee of a business I have encountered. I was very iffy to try this place because I am a very picky eater but it ended up not being that bad. She let us try samples of anything we asked for and she wasn't mad or irritated by it, or didn't appear that way and that means the world for a returning customer. They were pretty busy when we went and she was still helpful. My fiance and I will be back. Thanks for the experience.

The new manager, Kelly, I’ve known her for years since having worked together previously at Chipotle. She’s such an amazing person and works harder than anyone else I know. Not only that, but she’s super authentic and joyful to be around. Whether it be working with her or having her team whip up a delicious meal, you won’t go work at Cava Bitters. :) Can’t wait to stop by next time I’m in town. :) <3

I've never been to a digital only restaurant. I'm not a fan. I'll go back to Cava, for sure, as their food is excellent! I had a spicy lamb pita, which had great flavor. My wife had a salad. She loved it! But we will go to a location where we order from a person. We need to remain with that personal touch. It is a much better service.
