It's very sad that chachos used to be the best place to eat, drink, and have a great time .. now it's the most ghetto place ever because of their horrible customer service. It has been 4 years and they aren't planning on opening to dine in again! They always mess up the orders, it's dirty, and takes forever to get your food!

I’m an RGM myself and now a days in other places it’s hard to find awesome customer service from an employee who truly takes pride in their job and can tell they love it there. I went to drive thru and Christian Castano was my cashier he welcomed me at speaker nice voice, repeated my order , made suggestions, gave me my total , at window greeted me with a smile , repeated my order again got my order right food was hot and fresh , offered me water while I waited 2 minutes for my food . He was so awesome ? I even gave him a tip because he deserved it . We need people like him to make your day and surprise you with his service. I felt welcome like it was his restaurant. He deserves to be a trainer for cashiers and eventually be a manager . He is that phenomenal. He surprises you with his great personality and is delightful if you were ever at the Chachos on 90 ask for Christian Castano to wait on you for service. This place takes pride in serving you food and not rushed and thrown together all messy. My compliments to the line people as well ? . Great job keep it going .

Our first time here. We went thru the drive-thru and man the guy’s customer service was awesome. I hesitated on nacho size and he asked me “How many people?, How hungry?” helped me pick the right size, asked us how our night was, very funny. Glad someone like this works at my location. Guy working the window on March 11th @10pm keep doing the damn thang!

Was excited to see a Chachos again after visiting San Antonio, I loved the Perrin Beitel and Callaghan locations years ago. This one is setup in a rediculous spot for a restaurant and was drive thru only. Going to be a mess if they let people park near it. The employees had some negative vibes going on, food took ages to get and the poor quality ruined my good memories.
