Normally I come here but today I'm giving a very harsh judgment we waited a half hour for our order because they gave our order to somebody else and they bumped our order up the screen which is why they skipped our order after waiting 30 minutes they called the correct order for the guy after us who took our food and I told them I just wanted my refund cause I was not gonna wait another 30 minutes

I ordered using their app and paid extra for delivery. I received ultimate fries instead of bacon cheese fries. I was advised there is nothing they can do remotely. I could drive in and they could remake or they could issue a refund. The gas alone to drive to and from the store would be more than the refund. This would not include my time spent doing this and the whole reason I happily paid for delivery.

A worker in particular named Nevin really went out if his way to accommodate me for a great meal & is one of the most genuinely kind people you'll ever meet. He has a GREAT manager at this store who maintains a tight ship yet has a warm & friendly atmosphere for such a busy store. Great job Charley's, keep up the awesome experience you give your guests..

Quinn took my order, her customer service was great plus very friendly. Unfortunately food came with a surprise, not a good one to be clear. After taking my 3rd bite of my sub I immediately spit it out. I was chewing on what it looked like a piece of box/carton material. I was already at work so I had to leave work to return and to show the manage. The person in charge ( no name tag) showed concerned and was very polite and apologetic. I did get my money back but only what I paid for the food not the tip. I have already left feed back on the website from a previous incident and didn't get a response reason why sharing here.

My 1st time eating here and last. My sub was a kids size sample for a grown person price. Just horrible!! I waited for ever just to get a small portion of meat on a large bun that was grilled on one side only. How half the bun toasted and the other is cold, smdh. There wasn't even a line when I ordered and still waited a long time to get my order wrong. And It was 3 people working at that. What is fast food coming to...

After a long day from work, I didn't want to cook, so I drove De Zavala to see what we could get close by....so I thought about this place, Charley's Cheesesteak. OMG! They nailed it! Food was great and Dominick and the rest of the crew were so nice and courteous, asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed our meal so much ?♥️
