It was decently fast, it was clean. The food was delicious and since its in a food court there was a lot seating. The ultimate fries are pretty good and I like the raspberry tea to drink.

First time having a cheesesteak. The fries were not as cooked as I like them. Unfortunately they did not have to go boxes and we just had two plates stacked on top of each other. However the sandwich was delicious.

Staff very rude!! Not welcoming at all, made eye contact without remarks. The staff continued to have conversations amongst themselves. Allowed me to wait over 5mins before anyone came to me, just to tell me they were closed. No signage displayed stating they were closed.

The lady was really rude today when I asked her why I was being charged 15$ for 2 5$ meals. She said, "what? You think I'm trying to pocket your money?!?" Loud and rude. She didn't actually explain what the charge was for. I ended up getting extra food that I didn't order because she wouldn't calm down.

To my experience while at any military base Charleys Philly Steaks are so yummy. I love their shaved grilled steak and delicious fries with vinegar and seasoning. If you want a "healthier" meal you may get the same delicious shaved steak or chicken with a salad. The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars to Charleys Philly Steaks in Fort Sam Houston PX Food Court is because they didn't have any vinegar not seasoning for their fries. Like really? Those two are absolutely essential for the complete yummylicious Charleys Experience. Other than that Charleys has reliable costumer service. Plus the waiting time is a bit above average because they are always busy. Happy Yummy Times
