This place is amazing but I knocked off stars because it’s frustrating that their hours are inconsistent. Now they’re apparently doing night service starting at 8pm which is obviously catered to those going to bars on St Mary’s. My family and I are not those people and don’t want to eat that late. Disappointing they won’t open at 6pm like advertise on both here and Instagram (added pic).

I don't even know what I got but it was amazing. One of my co-workers grabbed me a plate that had chicken, sauce, fries, and some sort of slaw. Huge serving and really good.
excellently hot & crispy chicken! i tried the sando (in 3rd hottest flavor). it was a dry spice instead of wet sauce, yet still just as delicious. the cole slaw was a perfect compliment to cool the heat. order took about 12 minutes to deep fry & be served through the window. we sat inside rumble’s outdoor patio although they did ask for our IDs since they are a bar. 10/10 hot chicken on the strip!

Chicken was tasty the fried cauliflower was great! I hadn't had hot chicken before and I'm glad I didn't get the spicy version. The mild was fine for me. There was no one in line and I felt like I was being rushed by the staff to order. Had it not been for that I would have given more stars.

Chichibirds never lets me down! Caleb is an extremely talented chef and his creative brunch and weekly special ideas have never let my taste buds down. The Sriracha strawberry chicken benny is probably my favorite.

Finally got to try Chi Chi Birds Hot Chicken and it was just as delicious as it looks! Hubby got The Sando (medium) and I got The Bird (hot) we shared fried pickles. The sauce is so yummy on anything it touched. The fries had some sort of sweet n salty seasoning that balanced out the spice from my chicken. Crispy perfection chicken that is a must try.
