I wented on Friday 7-28-2023 at about 5:45 p.m. Got a Chic-fil-A combo. The chicken sandwich was COLD not even warm. Fries were soggy and cold. Need better management and employees. Manager needs to be better trained and check on temperatures and have better common sense. Employees perhaps dont's even care! Too expensive for what I am getting.

Would have been great if our cashier didn’t seem so stuck up and unapproachable. Put her in the back. Worse than ordering from a robot. Having a bad day? Well don’t take our on the world! We’re all trying to make it Denalynn !!! All that attitude and still didn’t get our order right. Food was good. Sunlight in the mall makes it too hot!!Kid-friendliness: There’s a playground down stairs.

Sandwich was a bit smaller than expected but that's okay. Fries were very just the right amount of salty and crispy. Lady there spoke Spanish and helped me with my order. The waiting time wasn't long (I would say close to 1 minute if I'm actually being honest). 10/10

Went specifically to try out the new veggie based chicken sandwich. It was not yet available. The anti-woke will do whatever they can to keep you from getting your veggies into your children's mouths.

Food came out quickly but was not hot or fresh. I ordered the nugget meal and the nuggets seemed like they had been sitting all day. The fries were burned and not fresh. Would not recommend this location.

They gave me salad lettuce on my 2 spicy deluxe, forgot the cheese, old pickles and a burnt patty. I waited over 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and the assistant manager Rosie wouldn’t assist over the phone with refunding me after driving 15 minutes home. She wanted me to drive back to bring the sandwiches. Horrible customer service. Never again!!!!

So apparently when they mess up on your order, twice, you're still expected to pay the difference. The funny part is, she even said "I'm sorry if he didn't repeat the order back to you." SMDH

I was treated with friendliness and kindness by the front counter employee. A leader also there, started to get closer to her while I was ordering. Might have been manager based on her different shirt. She took one of the cone away from the front counter girl and treated me and the employee very rudely. I asked for more sauce and she snapped back at me with a comment saying, why do you need more sauce?!As a restaurant worker myself, I was shocked she treated the employee that way in front of me and proceeded to treat me with such disrespect.But shout out to the front girl for keeping it together and apologizing to me

Food was awful and the price for the food outrageously high, the food should be fresh for that price, our grilled sandwiches were cold and sloppy, robbery it was, no one takes pride any more these days, would of gave 0 stars if I could.
