Great location. The crew works very fast and efficiently. The restaurant and facilities are very clean. The manager Carolyn and her staff are very welcoming and warm-hearted. Food is always excellent. Some of the best fried chicken in the San Antonio. I'm not sure how you burn fried chicken and fried okra, but they managed it here. The tea was good, the soda machine functioned and the corn on the cob was proper. (1 star for the corn) But the rest went into the trash!This has not been my experience at other franchise locations. The cook here should be ashamed of himself, and the person at the register needs personality lessons. Not friendly at all and basically slammed our try on the table.I will not be back.

I ordered fried chicken. Mozzarella sticks, and got rolls and biscuits. Rolls and biscuits were very fresh. But chicken was very salty- very. Meat was moist and good but that salt threw me off. Mozzarella sticks were half done but I will enjoy later after I throw them in my air fryer. Fish ? I got 1 piece and flavor was great and my dog ? and cat ?⬛ both loved a bite of the fish as well. Overall 3 stars ⭐️ but chicken alone is a 2 stars ⭐️ because of that salt!

Absolutely terrible! Paid for $30 worth of chicken strips and they were dry and cold. Worst part is I open the box where the food is and they forgot to put in the fries! Will never go back to this location.

I used to frequent the location in Kerrville. Unfortunately, this location just didn’t have the same taste. Chicken was bland, Mac n cheese tasted tangy, mashed potatoes had no taste. It was almost like they forgot to season everything. Service was friendly and food was hot. The biscuits were good.

Why do you always have to ask for a bag on a drive thru window order? Who wants to place a greasy box on their vehicle seats? Today the food had no taste not a hint of salt & pepper and they also messed up my order with the biscuit and my drink. The next time I'm craving fried chicken I'm definitely going to Golden Chick!Parking: Plenty of parking available because there wasn't that many customers at this location.
