We came here because we had a gift card but we should've just eaten the gift card. The food wasn't good and the margaritas were terrible. The place was dead but the food took forever to come out.

Real pleasant atmosphere. The waitress took care of us. Food came out quick and drinks ? too. It wasn't that busy at the time we went. It can be the destination to go watch sports too so many TV's

Ribeye requested medium rare. Takeout. Got home and absolutly black, burnt, and tough. Cook had to see this and gave to us anyway placing the burnt side down so we would not see in takeout.

It's been a while since I went to Chili's. This was a new location for me. Fantastic overall! It wasn't busy, which was nice. It took the server way too long to get our drinks and take our order. But, she might have been new. I will definitely be back to this location!

Service was quick, good steak/shrimp, waitress very courteous. My wife had a salad and she enjoyed it. We enjoyed dinner! We are not drinkers. We only had water.

Was here about a week ago for dinner. Fajitas were good but the steak we got lacked flavor. Service was a bit slow to start, but once our waitress came things moved pretty well and she was very nice. We got margaritas and they were more sweet/sour mix then a drink and tasted watered down. My biggest issue was with the managers. Initially two of the managers were discussing issues and having general talk near our table which was annoying and disruptive. Then a waitress arrived for her shift and had a discussion with the manager at the table across from us. It was both work and personal related, it was like listening to a counseling session. I appreciated that the manager was trying to help her but it wasn't the place for it. Then we had to listen to complaints from the waitress about not getting tables to serve after she arrived. Furthermore both managers ended up having a discussion with all the waitresses right behind us. It just made for a disruptive meal. Would have rated higher, but having worked in the industry I know those types of things should be handled elsewhere.
We frequent Chili’s often. You can’t beat the 3 for 10.99 specials and their old fashioned burger is the best. The wait staff are friendly and caring. One of the best in San Antonio!

Food was made well. Ribs were just right. The only thing was that Chicken Crispers were slightly over cooked. Our server was very kind. In terms of atmosphere, the dining room had a smell to it; it could use a deep clean or perhaps new furniture / floor mats to get rid of the smell. Common problem for restraunts like this actually. I think employees are familiar with the smell because they are in it all the time so they don’t notice it. Other than that it was a good experience.

We loved the margarita of the month. Matthew was great he was on top of it. I love their new Mac and cheese. They were really busy and the food took a little longer but that margarita of the month made up for it. We didn’t realize it was homecoming when we decided to have date night. We will definitely be back.
