We arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they treated us in the best way.Everything was super fast and the food was delicious.We ordered a barbecue and a pasta with shrimp that I recommend 100%It is delicious and the service from the waiters is excellent ?Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu that is very varied and healthy, my daughter ordered their soup with chicken and broccoli, super delicious!
The service here is something you would see a couple of decades ago. They were amazing, they seated us right away. They had our food out to us in no time. We didn't have to ask for a refill, literally when you were close to running out of a drink they'd bring you a refill without asking. The server was so upbeat, friendly, professional and fast. The manager came out to check on us and see if everything was great. The food was excellent. It was just an overall wonderful dining experience.

The waitress was very friendly & polite.The food was fresh,hot and delicious the portions were just right.The TV's were not loud, the restaurant was fresh and clean, as soon as customers left tables were cleared.
This is just crazy. I came to pick up my order and the lady at the take out told me they were busy, I was understanding enough to reply Okay and wait. She told me I could patiently wait in my car and that she would bring my order to me in the car. I told her the make and model and color of my car which was parked 5 steps away from the door. Waited in my car a whole 20 minutes with no heads up just to walk back in and have my Big order, sitting on the shelf. When your customers who value their time are respectful enough to agree to be patient, the least you could do is respect that time and provide the service you agreed to provide. Service Zero, go to a different Chili's.

Had a tables reserved and they gave it away to a group half the size. After waiting an hour for another table to open and finally being seated, no one ever came to serve us. We left almost 2 hours after arriving having never been served anything. God has abandoned this establishment, and should be avoided.
