After a long day at Six flags we arrived around 9:45 pm on 3/13/24, we were starving. Our party had 3 adults and my 3 small children. We were seated by the window where water was dripping from the AC duct system. We were given the menus and no one came to acknowledge us or to even get our drinks after that. I decided to move us since water kept dripping and that is when I called on Nicole. She went to get our waiter but the waiter never came so she came and moved us to the new table, got the table cleaned and took our order. By the time we got our food it was already almost 11PM!!!Nicole took care of us but, I understand there is only so much she could do if the kitchen staff is slow. When the food finally came my daughter's burger was way undercooked. I got up and took it straight to the kitchen where another waitress took it and said they will work on a new one right away.A few minutes pass and I called the manager who wouldn't have come if I didn't call him, literally!! . He went on to give me excuses about why the service was slow and what not. FINE, I get it I was still pretty chilled. I told him about the burger situation and he said he was going to check on it. He came back a while later to say "Oh I am sorry the kitchen is closed we had a misunderstanding and the burger can't be made". At that point I was aggravated because my poor 6 year old DIDN'T EAT. Her food was undercooked and it took ages to start with and she was waiting on the new burger just for us to find out it was not going to happen. He then proceeded to give me 2 free kids meals coupons, when we actually had 3 kids at the table who waited over an hr for their food and one of them didn't even get her food plus a 30% discount. Honestly I shouldn't have paid anything after my child was left hungry due to their lack of responsibility to make it right. Shame on the manager for having ZERO customer service and the one behind the kitchen for leaving my child waiting and hungry.Nicole deserves ALL the stars because she took care of us as much as she could and had such a great attitude the whole time. She was welcoming and always had a smile on her face while the "manager" didn't. Also, during all this chaos the manager called in for a meeting so all the waitresses and waiters disappeared for a while. The manager had time to call in for a meeting but they didn't have the time to get my poor's child's food out even though the manager already knew about my child's food situation? RIDICULOUS.... I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.SHAME ON THE MANAGER AND COOK FOR LEAVING A 6 YEAR OLD HUNGRY AND UPSET........Oh and I can't forget to mention the DIRTY bathroom. Seriously!!

My visit to this establishment was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. We arrived last Sunday, 3/3/24, around 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, the greeter wasn't very welcoming. Without saying hello or asking how we were, she immediately inquired about the size of our party. Our group consisted of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 child. I requested 4 regular menus and 1 child menu, which were provided, and we were then seated at a table that was slightly dirty and sticky.After being seated, we waited for over 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. Eventually, a young lady named Nicole approached our table, glanced around, and remarked, "I guess I'll take you guys," before walking away. Another 5 minutes passed before Nicole returned and introduced herself as our server. She explained that there were only two staff members working that day and she initially wasn't sure whose table we were. By this time, we had already decided what we wanted to order. However, Nicole insisted on taking only our drink orders first and then returning.The 2 adults and 2 teens ordered from the "3 for me" menu, while the 1 child ordered from the kids' meal menu. Despite only requesting two adjustments to our order being, sandwiches with extra mayo, Nicole had trouble getting our order correct, which delayed our food even further. When our food finally arrived, the two sandwiches we requested with extra mayo were missing the additional condiments. Additionally, one of the top buns of a sandwich fell on the ground as it was brought to our table. Although we requested a replacement bun, it took the entire duration of our meal for it to arrive. By then, we had all finished eating.Throughout our meal, no one came by to check on us or inquire about our satisfaction. I also visited the restroom during our time at this location and found them to be very dirty, with water on the floor of every stall, no toilet paper, and debris and hair on the floor and in the sinks.After finishing our meal, when presented with the bill, I spoke with the manager, Josh, about my experience and the condition of the restrooms. I highlighted all the concerns mentioned above and expressed my disappointment, stating that I would not be returning. However, Josh simply responded with an "Okay" and processed my payment without offering an apology or attempting to address my concerns.Overall, I did not enjoy my meal or experience at this location. As a loyal customer, I am saddened by the lack of customer service, even after bringing my concerns to the manager's attention. It is disheartening to receive such treatment from a restaurant chain that I typically enjoy like Chili's.

The issue I have with this visit is I wanted to hang out, have some grub and drinks. Their frozen drink machine was out so no frozen Rita's. Then they didn't have any Hennessey for one of the Rita's the server sold us on. I expressed my displeasure and dissatisfaction (politely) but no visit from the manager. Won't come back and will not recommend.
