I held myself back from leaving a review yesterday when walking in 3 hours before closing and being told they are out of rice. The employee said it like they didn't plan on making more for the rest of the night. Today was another day, and I decided to give it another try. Similar situation as they were out of cheese, lettuce, and also chips. Don't recommend this location. Sucks that it's the closest to my home.

As far as Chipotles go this is without a doubt the worst location I have ever visited. I live less than a mile away but will still drive 5 miles in 1604 rush hour traffic to avoid this location. If you’re ever in a hurry definitely do not come to this location. Whether drive thru, pickup, or dine in, the service is incredibly slow and generally unhelpful.If you want a good experience drive to the one at Dove Creek, by the Costco off 1604. Worth the inconvenience to not be annoyed and disappointed.

The guacamole is really salty. So salty I had to scrape it off. I think someone has messed up the recipe. Maybe they don't test their own products. They shouldn't be selling the guacamole as salty as it is, could cause someone a heart attack if they are already sensitive to salt and taking meds for heart issues.

Someone at this location doesn't know how to follow a recipe and measure properly. The guacamole is way over salted. The last two times I have eaten here it's been this way. It's basically just salt, it's gross. It's freaking expensive to add guac, so they need to figure this out ASAP. I will be returning it every time until it's corrected.
Hey, corporate better get involved. This location has a line around the block that does not move. I don't know what's going on inside, and this is a common occurrence.

The service is HORRIBLE!! It was dead when I came in to pick up my mobile order. Waited for a few minutes for someone to help me while the workers weren't doing anything. Joking and playing around ignoring me and other customers. Finally when I interrupted them I got an attitude and an eye roll. If they would've put my food on the shelf I wouldn't have had to interrupt their play time. Geez. And they gave my friend the wrong mobile order. It was dead and when we complained about it we got an attitude like we were wrong for being frustrated. Never again. The food was ok but not worth the hassle from the staff.

Not military friendly. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in military uniform on my lunch break, so naturally i had a big order for myself and 3 other members. There was no line when i came but the guy making my food and running the register on 4 April had a really nasty attitude about my big order, was my throwing stuff around, did not fully wrap or cover my burrito and was talking about me everytime he had to go to the back to grab things, his coworkers were laughing as well and clearly this location is not MILITARY FRIENDLY IN A MILITARY HUB. I’m never eating Chipotle again. Do better. We just wanted a nice lunch during a day of serving our country.
