Every time I order they always get my order right. Food is always great and manager Olga is helpful, attentive, energetic. This place is always clean which is what I like.

This location is great. I probably come by 2 times a week. Olga the manager is super nice, all the staff is great. Food is of course also great. They will always help you out to make your meal perfect. Always excited to come back!

Came to get a burrito after a long trip. The manager attempted to make me a burrito and was in such a rush cause they were about to close he didn't let the beans or meat have the liquid drain out instead he put them into the burrito. This caused the burrito to shoot liquid out everywhere with vegetables and he just wrapped up the burrito in the foil and asked if I wanted it double wrapped so it didn't leak cause he even knew the burrito wasn't wrapped well. I asked if he could unwrap and rewrap it without the fluid and he told me he would have to charge me for the additional tortilla. I don't know where you hire your managers, but this is poor customer service and not what I would want out of my employees.

I ordered two salads, they got both of them wrongDietary restrictions: I ordered a salad with protein, veggies and cheese, NO RICE AND BEANS. I got more rice and beans than lettuce and the chicken was undetectable practically.

Had ordered online on the app for pickup at 12:10pm on 1/18/24. Show up and didn’t get my order until 12:30pm. Was waiting on veggies and I don’t think it takes 20 minutes to cook some veggies.

Hardly ever able to get live person on phone to assist with your order. App doesn't allow for you to put notes for how to prepare your order. The rice is usually undercooked. There's too much cilantro in the rice for me. I can't request the regular brown rice unless I go to the restaurant to order inside. They should have an option to order regular brown rice. They should have an option to order the brown rice with lime and salt but no cilantro.
