Inside is very dirty. Kitchen is very messy. Does not look clean at all. Food was cold, barely had enough steak to put in my bowl & also was not hot it was cold & employees just look very dirty as well. Not decent looking at all. Will never go to this location again. So disappointed. Please do better!

I absolutely hate this location, I will drive an extra 20 mins on my brake to go to the bandera location. This place is always dirty, the food is always served cold. The lettuce is not fresh. I ordered something so basic and not even that could they get right. I got a quesadilla with chicken Al pastor and veggies with burnt pan pieces I threw my whole meal away bc it tasted disgusting. It’s not like I can pick off the burnt pieces bc there were too many. Drive the extra mile and go to a nicer, cleaner location where you will get fresh food.

Ordered food from here and received the wrong food. My name is not Carlos nor does it look like Carlos, when I called to talk to someone about it they just replied saying there was nothing they could do and that they weren’t able to see my order . The manager on duty was a young girl and she was very rude. When I asked what her name was she was very rude and replied that she was not able to tell me. So I called hr and they said they would deal with her. Hopefully they train her right. Very disappointed in this place.

Honestly this chipotle sucks.From the service to the actual bowls, it sucks.Refusing to give a cup of vinaigrette? Even after asking if I can purchase it?Trash. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Driving the extra mile to a different location would be worth it.

I usually come here a lot but I won’t anymore. They just charged me extra chicken when I only got steak, all because the manager (thought) he saw the lady give me extra. 1.) I didn’t even get chicken so that doesn’t even make sense and 2.) I didn’t ask for extra so maybe the staff needs a bit more training on portions. I didn’t notice the price at first since I always go there so I automatically paid with Apple Pay, and by the time I realized I was being overcharged $7 it was too late. I had to go back to work and couldn’t just wait for them to redo the order and give me a refund, but it’s almost even more frustrating that they just kinda looked at me like “deal with it”.

This is the most HORRENDOUS chipotle. The lady doing the meats was straight up yelling. I asked for guac, I couldn't even get half a scoop, when I asked for a full scoop, they said it would be extra.. extra for making sure I had a normal serving of guac?This is the worst chipotle experience I've had and I've had some pretty bad ones.We all need to stop giving this company our moneymAnd the fact it cost me $45 for 2 bowls, is astounding

I love chipotle and had to stop going here for the same reason As Reviewer Billy. Portions were always sub par, and I know what standard Chipotle portions look like. On top of that, service was also sub par and they were constantly short on ingredients.

Drove halfway across San Antonio to come here to support a fundraiser during prime dinner time. The lower overall review rating here on Google is deserved from what we experienced. The service was friendly, but at 6 PM they were out of primary ingredients (like brown rice) they should have had plenty of for the steady crowd coming in. Restaurant was not clean, drink area not clean, bathrooms not clean, trash on floor. Not impressed with this location and will not be back, even if in the area.

Mobile orders consistently late at 11745 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78230Been waiting over ten minutes at location waiting for my mobile order. Two other customers waiting as well. Ironically, I would have had my food already if I just lined up. When I brought it to cashiers attention, she had to look up from her cellphone before rudely responding, “the app will let you know when it’s ready.” Seriously? That’s why I ordered in advance.
