Don't go there, they very rudeWe ordered a bucket, so we requested Ketchup, The Indian Girl said NO CAN'T GIVE ONLY WITH THE FRIES,-- but the kids like the piece with ketchup-- NO only With FRIES, she did not give us ketchup or napkins.then asked to have forks,-- She said YOU DON’T NEED FORK WITH CHICKEN we will not go back there again.Then chicken was cold. They always mess order up. Hey cold chicken n fries. Inside kitchen smells bad. Have staff don't understand English well and have to repeat yourself multiple times and order still wrong. They Don't accept any coupons even though they are gro Churches, they told me they are chain orders n they don't have to accept them. They. Normally don't have customers. I don't go there anymore. Staff not friendly at all. Worst Churches I've been to.

Check your order before you leave because 9 out of 10 times they will get it wrong, the staff opens the store, whenever they want, which is annoying and unprofessional so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes
I downloaded the app and was trying to use a coupon for a free half gallon of tea with a purchase of a 16pc family meal which mind you is about $40 and they tell me at the window that they don't take the coupon because they own it and it's not owned by the churchs company. I didn't understand what they meant. And they said it's not valid here. I still wasn't understanding and they starred speaking another language and said no the manager didn't say if we can use the coupon so it's not valid. Then they started talking again in another language and I just said never mind. I'll just go to McDonald's lol I left so confused.

Very disappointed with their service and food. In the past their food was normally hot and fresh but the chicken was a bit off tonight. They may have cooked it “fresh” as they say but the oil they used seemed old and gave the chicken a bad taste and also super greasy. I tried giving my feedback but they were not nice/accepting of my feedback.
