One of my favorite places in the area. The wine is very good and always different. The owner really adds a personal touch to this place by greeting his guests, Recommending wines, and engaging in conversation. Christian, AJ, and Dannette always take the best care of us. They all really know their wines and make great suggestions.

Copa is the best place to have a glass (or bottle) after a long day at work. You walk in to cozy, warm lighting along with smiling faces at the bar. AJ, Dannette, Angie, Jeff, and Christian are always a delight to talk to. Always ask for their recommendations on what to order and I promise you won't be disappointed. Service is top-tier even when they're packed! You can tell they're constantly scanning the place no matter what they're doing to ensure everyone is satisfied. If you're looking for a place to sit back and unwind, look no further. TLDR; Fantastic drinks, Fantastic service, Fantastic ambiance! Ask for the magic Chex mix. It's addicting.

Been working in the area for a while now and came across Copa thru a suggestion a couple of years ago. What a place! So glad I took the advice and decided to stop by. I always have a great time when I go by. The food is great. Atmosphere is inviting. Wonderful service every single time. AJ has helped me before and she's amazing. Very knowledgeable about the many different wines Copa serves and she's always on point with suggesting food choices. Try any of the pizzas they offer. Plus the nachos and my favorite, the albondigas. Ask for AJ when you do go. You won't be disappointed.

Been going here for awhile now for a day off of relaxation. The food is amazing my fav being the drunk pig pizza, the ambiance is always a thrill good people and great energy. Aj is amazing with service usually always there when I go in and very attentive even tho theres many other people.

We had a server named AJ - party of 5. Came during happy hour with no more than 3 tables on a Monday. Bussed our own table and was reprimanded for putting dirty dishes on her clean bar. Furthermore, had to literally get up twice to request a refill on wine glasses. Had an additional guest join us and AJ brought a water glass without even asking if she needed a drink... when requesting a drink we received a huge eye roll... and then received our checks with 20% gratuity added. When questioned about this and the lack of service- we were explained how she has 10 years of serving experience... So the food was good - the wine was average and the service sucked.. to be polite.

The place was very classy and upscale upon entry. Definitely the local spot for professionals getting off of work. The upstairs was closed and most of the tables were full, so we snagged a couple of seats at the bar. Service was amazing, the wine selection was great, and we definitely went the best route by getting two different small pizzas instead of one larger pizza. The ingredients were fresh and delicious! That first Italian red... it had such an interesting flavor! It honestly tasted like Italian sausage! I was not expecting it, but it paired perfectly with the La Verdad pizza. Perfect spot to grab a glass of wine and have some girl talk. We are definitely coming back soon!

Upon walking in is a small area with lots of tables. Me and my friend were able to sit immediately anywhere. The sangria was sweet and fruity. My fave drink was the sparkling watermelon. And the la verdad pizza came out hot and gluten free just as I asked. They do offer military discount which was a plus. Decent staff felt cozy and warm for 1st time visit there. Would def go back for the same items. Oh and we also went when it was happy hour so the prices were great

I LOVE Copa! I frequently go here to meet friends, go on date nights, and pick holiday/special occasion wine. They always have fun, tasty new wines that can be sampled everyday in addition to a wine dinner every last Thursday of the month. The owner is so nice and is always available to answer questions but the staff is very knowledgeable too. Copa has great food and wi e specials and a pretty good happy hour. I have probably tried every food item on the menu and love it all. Great wine selection, wonderful service, cool atmosphere. I am a customer for life.

We simply had hummus and a cheese plate. For drinks I sampled Pino Noir. Loved them all. My wife had Sauvignon Blanc. She really disliked one and would not drink it. They provided a substitute. Very nice of them. Plenty of bread with the hummus and it was delicious. Cheese had a great peach jam that went fabulously with the wines.
