I never write reviews but my wife insisted I did after witnessing how these people treated your staff last night.First I want to start off by saying we had a great server and the food was amazing.We were enjoying our meal when we overheard a lady being very aggressive and yelling at the manager. I couldn’t hear the whole conversation but she raised her voice several times. What I did hear was her telling the manager to “walk away NOW” and then she started cursing at her on how she used to be a server there. The manager apologized several times and said she was just trying to explain what she had asked. At the end of the conversation 2 lady’s ganged up on her both yelling “walk away just walk away” the manager apologized AGAIN and explained she was just trying to fix their problem then walked away looking defeated and wanted to cry.I have never seen anyone treat or speak to someone this way especially in front of young children and a dining room full of people. This manager deserves an award for handling the situation with a cool head and walking away.Her table looked embarrassed and the tables around us were all in shock. Wrong is wrong and I had to say something, I hope Cracker Barrel backs their employees on situations like this because this lady was the Karen of all Karen’s. Kudos to the server and manager.

We came here for our 3 year old’s birthday dinner, and it was absolute disaster. We were seated relatively quickly, but then the horror story begins. We did have a rather large party of 12 and 4 being kids. Took 20-30 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers. As we waited for our food we saw over 4-5 groups of people eat and leave before we ever received our food. Long story short we needed up waiting over a hour and half for our food. The manager Amber was not sincere and tried making a point that we’ve only been in the restaurant for and hour. We have been asked to leave the restaurant, and will not be returning. Don’t come here thirsty as you’ll be lucky to have your drink filled orginally and that’s about it. The food was cold plate was hot, so tell me where that makes any sense. Please take your business elsewhere ihop, Jim’s and heck any other Cracker Barrel besides this location. We have been a fan of Cracker Barrel for years but now we’ll be second guessing our decision. Mind you this a Monday at 7 and we are finally leaving the restaurant at close to 915. The restaurant was super slow.

We were told at the front it was only a 30 minute wait so we decided to stay. We ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to get seated. After being seated, our server was Leora C and she was quite confrontational. They messed up our order three times, brought us the wrong side, brought us the wrong style of eggs, and forgot a whole entrée not to mention our mimosas. We constantly had to be telling him what we needed and what to do. At a certain level, this is not McDonald’s and at the bare minimum I do expect to be served. After asking the manager to remove the appetizer, we did not pay for our waitress, confronted us and told us we were Wrong. she was starting an argument for no reason. Overall, the service was not great and although we love Cracker Barrel, this was a terrible experience.

For starters, I rarely give any scores lower than a 3, however.... I ordered the catfish plate with country greens and corn off the cob with a baked sweet potato and hush puppies. The fried fish was soggy and had no crunch to it and tasted horrible, the country greens tasted like they were straight out of the can and heated up without any seasoning , the corn was way over cooked and mushy & spongy. The sweet potato never made it to the table but I sampled my friends that she ordered and it wasn't to my liking and the hush puppies were over cooked. I felt as if the cook or so called cooks were children. I have eaten there before and had a good experience with the country fried steak and veggies I had, this experience was just a bad one. The waitress was great though!

The mashed potatoes were old and brown. They were stiff.
Have no idea where the line starts for the cashier, who then waited till you think your next to be told to move over.Waitress got 2 of 4 meals wrong.2 drinks wrong and spilled water on table during refill. We did not get utensils till after meals were brought out. Then even mixed up the meals on the 2 tickets. 1 person paid for both tickets so that didn't matter. Believe she was new but someone should have been helping her.

Usually the food I have here is good; however, I have to say that this morning I went there, got a table, and sat there for 15 minutes and no one came to my table, or really even acknowledged I was there. I finally got up and left. Such a disappointment.

Came in early, for breakfast, no wait. Had the Hashbrown casserole. Yum! Yum! Yum! No, seriously, get it if you haven't. Order as a side if you get something else. Coffee was good, not bitter or too strong. It's an Americana atmosphere. Lots of unique stuff in the shot. I'll be back.
