Have never had an issue until yesterday. My second time at this location. No one greeted upon entering the store. Then I was given wrong cookie, and topping was melted. I quickly told them I didn't order raspberry one but the oatmeal skillet. Then it seemed like the oatmeal was rushed. There was hardly any drizzle or crumbs. Cookie and mousse were delicious. ? Hopefully future experiences and purchases will be better

The cookies are definitely huge but unfortunately I wasn’t too impressed with the taste. Upon walking in there is nobody at the register so you have to self order at the kiosk. My order did come out quickly as there was only one other customer in the store besides myself. Not really sure if I will return for these expensive cookies.

Always love Crumbl! The store is clean, we are always greeted when we walk in, the staff are friendly and helpful, but most of all, the cookies are the BEST!! I love that they serve them warmed. My teenager and I have never gotten a flavor we didn’t like. The cookies are large enough to feel like you get enough and they melt in your mouth. You also get a free cookie for your birthday in the app!

Very racist here. I have been here a handful of times. And I have made several observations to come to this conclusion as I did not want to believe this. Yet every time I come here it’s the same. I an African American am ignored and dismissed and it’s very bluntly done. While others who are of the fairer complexion are greeted and receive actual customer service. I have gone to this location ordered online, went inside the store stood in the line/corner for pick up (and I’m talking about standing for a long while) being ignored then someone who is for example, white comes in the store is greeted kindly, is able to somehow get their order asked about and handed to them before me and then if they feel like it they ask “what’s the name on the order” then hand me my item. The only time I’ve received ok serve was when it was curbside I’m assuming because they could not tell who was picking up. Overall, I’m not sure if it’s this particular location or the company but this is unacceptable. If you don’t want certain people at this store or to shop at this company please let people know so we can take our business and time else where.
