Placed an order online and there was the sausage links and bacon missing from the order. I called the restaurant and they advised me to just come back to pick up the sausage links and bacon that I should have gotten the first time around, instead of providing a fresh plate like a normal good resolution would be. The manager Jimmy advised to call the online number and go through that process instead of making it easy on everyone (the online customer service phone line said open 10-5, so that was not helpful). With Jimmy making it so difficult, I decided to just go back to the store and pick up the 2 sausage links and 2 slices of bacon. I was met with attitude, and the cook put 3 slices of bacon, and 2 sausage links. Jimmy said I needed to wait so that way I could sign off that I was picking up the meats that I should have gotten the first time around, and then looked at the order he told the cook, "this has 3 slices of bacon, it should just be 2. They then removed the 3rd slice because Jimmy wanted to be petty and have an attitude when I had been nothing but respectful. Annoyed, but did not take it out on anyone with harsh words, but apparently that calls for disrespect from a "manager" who may be in need of coaching on proper customer service. It's very unfortunate that my post partum wife had to wait for the rest of her meal, and be stressed out over my displeasure with the whole experience, and now im going to be up for a while because of the ridiculousness of the whole ordeal. Jimmy, I hope whatever you're going through that would make you treat a customer so poorly improves. You clearly must have had a rough night that called for taking it out on undeserving customers who just wanted a simple meal, so I'm sorry for that.

Jimmy the manager takes petty to a different level when he is unable to guarantee customer satisfaction to save his ego. Our online order was incorrect, we called to get the missing items and we asked that maybe they could compensate for our time since we had a 10 plus minute drive, they said no fine. We agreed to just go get the missing items that we needed. When my husband arrived the two missing items were two pieces of bacon and two pieces of sausages Jimmy came over saw that there was one extra piece of bacon on the plate and asked the chef to come from the back to remove the one slice of bacon. I have never met a manager that was more Petty and rude being that our order was incorrect to begin with the least they could have done was add one extra slice of bacon but that wasn't possible for Jimmy. Please coach Jimmy on better customer service.

I like it here, but they need to focus on the restroom. It does have water and towels, but the floor is wet and smelly. Someone has written on the mirrors. The walls show streaks where they've run a wet towel over the tiles and didn't dry them properly. It makes me wonder, if it's this bad in the public restroom, what does the kitchen look and smell like.

Service could have been better, had to ask for silverware and napkins.Grand Slamwich was dry, there is supposed to be a spread on it but it wasn't there. Hash browns were terrible; they looked like mashed potatoes, which is to be expected as no one in San Antonio knows how to make hash BROWNS.I think I'll stick with Whataburger for Sunday breakfast.

So busy on a Sunday and we still got in under 15 minutes, got our orders quickly, everything was absolutely delicious. Probably the best Denny's I’ve been too to handle that kind of traffic like a chick fil a line. Employees were prompt and also friendly, 10/10 guys thanks!
