Went to go eat breakfast at 6:30 a.m. in the morning I set down in the waitress came I asked for chocolate milk she bought me milk with a few drops of chocolate send it back brought it back the same way tasted like milk I ordered the country State breakfast they didn't have gravy for the country steak I ordered biscuits and those are the worst biscuits I've ever had nothing was good at this location will not be going back

Chose all sausage links should have been 4 only received 2, ordered a chocolate milk. If it had a half a teaspoon of chocolate in it it would have been a miracle. My scrambled eggs were raw in the middle. I sent food back Un eaten didn't want it recorded and brought back out.they charged me full price not even the 55 plus menu price I told her I was ordering from my wife got the chicken fried steak they don't serve red mashed potatoes after 11 so she asked if she could get fries instead wasvtold yes they charged us for the fries they were supposed to be one of the 2 sides you get with the 13.99 meal. All total it was over 30 dollars for 2 pancakes 2 sausages a cup of very nasty coffee a chocolate milk with out chocolate Un cooked eggs and was given an attitude like how dare we say anything wrong with anything here. This is the absolute worst Dennys I have ever been to. They refused to tell me the regional managers phone number

We arrived after 9pm (party of 4) and were greeted by Daniel who showed us to our table of our choice, gave us menus and took our drink orders. He returned quickly and very pleasantly took our orders and answered our questions. We noticed quite a few more customers arriving around the same time. Daniel brought most of our order but explained they had a sudden increase in customers and apologized for the delay in one order which was an additional item to share. He was very apologetic and so pleasant that we fully understood. Acknowledging to us for the delay helped us understand as well. He still kept returning to be sure we didn't need anything and we noticed he and another server were doing this for everyone despite being so busy. Never once did they make us feel like they were too busy to meet our needs. We felt that all of the dishes were very delicious and the service could not have been better. The staff should be commended for their professionalism and we certainly appreciated our delicious food and great service.

I would give zero stars ⭐️ if I could. The last 3 visits have been absolutely horrendous! 2 visits both today. I had came in around 4:45 pm and although I was the only person in the restaurant at the time it took me 10 minutes to get sat & that’s because I had to find someone to help and I sat myself. Fortunately it didn’t take long however the hash browns were way undercooked. I had the $5.99 GS, add 2 eggs, with a banana ?. I went and worked out and returned planning on having the same exact thing because the GM Tonya gave me a $5 off card. Not only was The manager ( Delia) was not willing to match the order but instead called me a liar ( or at least eluded to it) even after i showed her the receipt and bonus card. Disappointed doesn’t even describe how i feel right now! You don’t treat guests like that I know because I have been serving for 20 years & working in restaurants for 25. I choose Dennys because it’s decent for the price and The closest I can get to a home cooked breakfast until my apartment is ready. I did not have to return I would not return that’s how upset I am. I truly hope someone from corporate reaches out to me otherwise I’ll be reaching out to them. #DoBetter

Everything was going good until a server had an accident with the guest and I had to put that guest in check and let him know that it was an accident Judy was our server but Dillian was the sever for those guest that was giving him a hard time but over all he was great Judy was the best we had 2
