Lucky for you guys 1 star is the minimum. Ordered on the app, selected the location that I would like to pick from, placed the order, and it instead was directed to the most recent location that I ordered from. To some degree that is my fault, though I assumed that they had hired professional app developers, not high schoolers who wouldn't think to make a notice when the order location was changed.Arrived at the location I attempted to place the order at, they told me it would be ready soon, after 15 minutes of it being ready, they couldn't find it at all and so I double checked and found out where it was actually sent. 30 minutes away. I called them as I got into the car, asked if they wouldn't mind remaking it because I didn't want to eat trash that was sitting out for 45 minutes before I was even able to pick it up, they assured me they would.Of course they lied, and when I got there they handed me the box of garbage, when I got home it was nasty, like I knew it would be hence me requesting they remake it. Unfortunately due to the extra travel time I no longer had time before I had to go to work to request that they fix their mistake. Honestly just amazed by the sheer incompetence, directly being lied to, and the fact that they would send out a pizza that had been sitting outside of the heat on a wire rack for over 40 minutes. Truly bewildering.

Never before have I been met with such Animosity! I just had the absolute worst experience at Dominos. I placed an online order for pizza and Parmesan bites to be delivered to my apartment just up the road. We eagerly awaited our food, only to find out through our phone notification that the order had been delivered without a single knock on our door. When we called the store, they promised to resend the order, but we ended up waiting an excruciating 36 minutes, only to decide to pick it up ourselves out of sheer hunger. The representative, Kyle, was beyond unhelpful and downright rude when we tried to express our frustration. He refused to let us speak to a manager and showed zero empathy for our major inconvenience. To add insult to injury, when we finally got home, the food was ice-cold and needed to be reheated in the oven. They hadn't even bothered to remake our order, serving us nearly two-hour-old pizza instead. It's appalling that Dominos would treat customers this way. I demand proper customer service and an apology from the management. This experience was truly unacceptable. Dominos needs to step up their game.

I placed a Togo order at this location, and everything was great ! I got a handmade pan pizza well done and a chicken Alfredo!! Although the delivery took an hour, our driver mark was very friendly even though he had to deliver the pizza in the pouring rain, AND everything was still nice and hot (:. Will be ordering again everything was amazing

Picked up our carryout order. They had an amazing deal 2 med one topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter soda for $19.99. Definitely scored for dinner for a family of 4. The food was fresh and hot upon pickup. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Order was ready within 10-20min as mentioned in my order confirmation.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I spent 2hrs trying to order online but the app wouldn’t work, than spent 30min on the phone with a guy who didn’t understand much english to get my order done correctly, when he finally said “let me connect you to the store” it was exactly 1min after they closed, so I decided to call this store because they were open for another hour; & this location was horrible over the phone. I simply wanted 2 pizzas for me & my family while we were staying at a hotel, & the guy I talked to didn’t want to help me at all. I originally was told “no it’s out of our area” & than was told he would speak to the manager for me instead of letting me speak to the manager. He continued to be dramatic & say “I don’t think that’s possible, you’re WAYYYYY out there!”. Idk how they do it in San Antonio, but 13min away is normal for most places to deliver… after talking to his boss he told me “we can do it, but you better make it worth our wild”… before doing this I was going to tip $20 to the driver (which was WELL over the typical 5%,10%,& 15%. Tips shouldn’t be a requirement imo, but I Always try to give a good tip; but explaining to me that they will only provide me with an order if I give them a good tip was VERY unprofessional!… after nearly 3hrs of trying to order some pizza I was very frustrated & said “I’m just going to pick it up, because this is ridiculous & I shouldnt have to tip big just to be serviced” & they guy told me “yea that’s fine, we arnt that far away & you shouldn’t have an issue getting here before we close”, but than insisted that I pay over the phone. I gave my card info but he kept telling me it was incorrect & that i should just get cash to pay in store…. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue ordering food while on vacation. not only was i told I’m required to tip big for a 6 mile delivery; but I’ve NEVER had someone tell me that I need to go to get cash…. Is 6 miles really that difficult to drive in San Antonio?, is it normal here to tell customers that they need to “make it worth their while” in order to be serviced?… I ended up letting the guy know I was interested in business anymore & ended up door dashing Taco Bell. Not only was the dasher further than 6 miles, but he serviced with a smile & made sure we got everything we needed.

Horrible Experience, I placed an order for carry out at this location (never had a problem before)and got all the way home before i realized that they handed me the wrong order but my name was on it (easy mistake) so i called the restaurant and explained my situation to which the person on the phone said that they would REmake my order. When i got to the restaurant, I was handed my original order and it was cold, so despite being told it would be remade I was giving the first pizza I ordered,No sympathy for their oversight or attempt at a compensation. Not even an apology from the employee OR THE MANAGER! Edit: Pizza was not fresh and i couldn’t even eat it after paying for it.

My all meat pizza that I just received was NOT cut and the delivery driver chase was very rude as he gave my OLD mother our order will NOT be delivering from THIS location AGAIN what a shame!!!!! Also I called to let them know about the pizza and they did nothing about it all she said was oh we will make sure that does not happen again like excuse me ? We order from you guys for a reason I’m a mom of 5 kids today was stressful enough
