I ordered delivery... 1 LG Pep, 1 LG H & O with BBQ sauce. So little BBQ sauce I couldn't taste it, and it was very dry. Not sure if I'll order again. My money means a lot to me.

I've had Dominoes at Bandera road for several years. Has always been good. I've often had their spinach pizza. I usually order thin and crispy. Today I had a thin spinach pizza and it was terrible. The bread was so thin that as I bit it the bread flaked apart. There was hardly any sauce or cheese. The spinach was burned on the top. I'm not sure if it was the cook or what. I might start going to a different location.

The pizza it's good, the people that work there are nice. I ordered online twice, I arrived at the time that they said it's done. Each time I waited 20-30 minutes to get the pizza. Their time it's not accurate at all.

I ordered my pizzas at 6:45, they started preparing it at 6:50. An hour later it was still being prepared. I tried calling them and could not get anyone on the phone. Stupid ads and wait cycle for over an hour. I gave up and had to drive to the store. Extremely disappointed in service and failure to reach someone to complain about the poor service.

Dominos always comes in clutch when I don’t have time to make dinner. I often order from here and I don’t have issues with the food. The place is clean and the employees are always working hard. The delivery drivers deliver the food with care. My food has always been delivered with 30 minutes or less.

Pizza was cold, third time being quoted 20-30 minutes when it’s actually an hour+, they try to make it up with a medium two topping pizza that also takes an hour to arrive. It’s not the employees fault they are understaffed.

This place is the absolute worst! Every single time I've placed an order, I've had something wrong with it. If I ordered garlic bread, they gave me cold, stale, cheesy bread. If I order large pizzas, they are burnt on the bottom. Seriously, do not waste your time and money on this lousy restaurant. Even if you think they might replace it and make it right, your left on hold for 45 minutes. It's not even worth it. I've given this place plenty of opportunities in different occasions and it still sucks. Extremely poor customer service. The most terrible thing about it is, when employees give you attitude and give you every excuse not to help correct your order. I wonder if I was paying with their money, if they would react the same way! Unbelievable to think that all a consumer wants, is what they pay for. Not burnt food, not what they didn't order, and certainly not bad attitude for bringing it up to their attention. If I could rate it a zero, I would.

We ordered 2 pizzas, chicken carbonara pasta and Philly tater tots. Everything was hot and fresh and so yummy!!!!!! No microwave needed! We definitely will be ordering from here more often!
