This location has lots and lots of trainees here, so it's very busy in PM. The Dominoes app and the screen said done, but 7 minutes later, it was finally done and starting to be boxed. The pizza tasted like frozen cardboard, and there was not much of the puzza that would look like any pizza from the commercials. I'm not sure what regular cheese would be, but extra cheese looked a little shy of even being covering the pizza. There was little sauce to taste anything else besides crust. Dominoes is really providing cheap and low quality products anymore.

I've ordered from this store twice now. Good service, but for some reason this time the driver completed the order before it was delivered. I decided to wait 30 minutes to see if he would show up. He did show up, however the loaded tots appeared to be half eaten. Either their cutting back on the amount or he ate half of it. Now I did still tip him $20 as he was an older man and I felt bad for him for having to walk up up all the stairs. I've included a picture of the loaded tots. They are either bunched up with a smaller amount than usual or my delivery driver are some of it. Not sure if I will order again from this location or not. Probably not. 4 stars because they are always friendly and always smile and the manager is nice. However, paying for an over $50 delivery it would be nice to get the full amount that I ordered.

The only reason this place is open is out of necessity. You need to pre-order your food like 1 week in advance here I you want to even have a chance of it being on time.AND they still screwed up my order.I'd give it zero stars if I could.

They were friendly on the phone and up front on time delivery. They delivered 30 minutes faster and the food was excellent.
One smashed pizza, one burnt pizza, forgot the marinara sauce and soda. Oh! forgot to cut the cheese bread, too. Ridiculous when you pay $40 and this is what you receive. Plus it took an hour to show up.

Had a scheduled a order for the next day at a certain time for a event . Everything went fine and I thought I was good. The next day the time came around to get my order and no one showed up at the time I was told it would be delivered, I called to see if something was wrong. No they just had it sitting and couldn’t get it to me for another 25 minutes. I needed it for the party that had already started so I had someone go pick it up for me. When they arrived they where told no such order existed and then proceeded to argue with them. I then called back asking where was my order and he said oh yeah we have this name on the order. The name they had was not mine and was not the one the gentleman who took my order said . Took over 1 hour to get the 6 large pizzas I ordered and then where cold. Overall not at all good customer service. Was not worth the 98$ we spent.

Would give 0 stars if I could,I used to work at a pizza place and know the corners they cut to keep inventory in the positive Got served 2 a old pizzas on delivery that was sitting there for who knows how longFactors:-ordered at night (no show orders sitting there)-delivery went from 15+ minutes to less than 5 instantly -pizza literally feels and tastes like cardboard -crust crumbles on touch
