Today was our first time, ever, trying Duck Donuts and I can say with great confidence that it will not be our last time.By far was some of the best donuts we've ever had. Staff was super friendly and everthing is made to order.Once our order came, it was warm and the smell of freshly made donuts was overwhelming satisfying.Being from the RGV, we will always make a stop to this location on all or trips to SA.

Small place , you might miss it if you did not know it was there. Make sure your straw can get into your cup before leaving the store. Lids are tough at letting straws in. And straws are flimsy.

It's my first time visiting them today since my husband has been a regular since he met them recently because my children like many donuts and before going to school, my husband stops by to buy them one and well I I didn't know them as soon as I went today I had to take my son and he told me I'll buy him a donut because we passed the wait it was a little late, 10 mi. I bought 3 the adventure sea world, cinnamon sugar and strawberry glass sugar, and the girl who was decorating one of mine decorated it wrong, I think she put the colors wrong and I told her that it was fine that it didn't matter, she ignored me and the I throw it in the trash and cook another one since they are instant, you have to wait again for it to cook and well, when I delivered my order I opened the box and the decoration was not spectacular, I was simply disappointed, the taste is the same as everyone else, it makes no difference. some sorry it's my opinion ?♀️

Overrated , these are basic donuts , what makes this place attractive if that you can customize . The donuts were decent but wouldn't probably go again

Deliciously made to order. Service could be a little better since all they have are teenagers working at the 1604/culebra location . Buy overall taste was great!! Overpriced though. I will not make it my weekly donut place for sure.

Stopped by and spent over $45 on donuts. Ordered 2 coffees, surprisingly the Donuts were out before the coffee. I asked the young lady that hands the boxes of donuts about my 2 coffee, she literally wanted me to get back in line for my coffee. There was a line. How can a donut shop not be able to keep freshly brewed coffee for their customers. I left with out my coffees, drove to Starbucks for my coffee. Its NOT about the $, its the service. Will I be back, Probably NOT!

Everything was fantastic! It's always super busy no matter what time I go but it's worth the wait. one of my favorite places to get donuts. My favorite is the maple bacon.

The donuts here are made to order,Or topped to order. When I received my order they looked fresh and they were warm. The staff are a young crowd so I did not receive the best service but they at least said hello when I walked in. The person taking my order was on the phone the entire time. The person preparing my order looked like she was bothered and the person delivering the order to me, looked like he didn’t want to be there lol.Otherwise, food is excellent, large menu, something for everyone. And they also have a breakfast/ brunch menu and coffee items. The location is a bit small so it may be hard to find a place to sit and eat in.Parking: Small location with shared parking from other businesses. If busy, you may not find a good parking spot but it would be a short walking distance.
