Iced cappuccino was not the best and out of bagels. Lastly the chicken roasted pepper wrap was a mess barely any chicken mostly what looked like cheese.

I forget the guys name this morning in the drive through but he always makes my coffee exactly how I want it and it's perfectly consistent. No other Duncan has been this consistent. Even the breakfast sandwiches are done nicely. This is THE reason people go to Starbucks it's consistent anywhere you go. My advice pay him well and have him be the trainer.
This place never has any filled donuts. I’ll ask for a filled donut n they say ok. Then the answer change we don’t have that one. I pick another flavor n they don’t have it either. Then he says we don’t have any filled donuts. So I pick 2 chocolate glazed n they don’t have any. Sugar donuts,…. None either. Why don’t they just post a sign on the kind of donuts that they do have save themselves n myself time as well. N this is mentioning the ice creams either! Ugghhhh! I’m not returning!

The man that worked there have beautiful customer service skills but the women, the young women. They had very nasty customer service skills and nobody should be charging for water. Water should be free. You should not be having to pay for no dang. Don't worry they lost. They freaking

Ice cream and donuts are great. This Dunkin donuts runs out of various types ice cream by 7pm (ish)--- I suppose that should be expected but I've never run into that at other Dunkin stores. ?There is a hierarchy here? where low man (or woman) serves customers while other employees stand around and chat (even when there are customers waiting to be served). WiFi works intermittently in the very beautiful lounging area.

2nd time being there, and I shouldn't have gone back the second time. 1st time there, they had flies and fruit flies in the donut display. 2nd time, I stood there for 5 minutes and ended up walking out. Had one server look at us several times with no acknowledgment, he could of said hello, sorry we're a little busy but nothing. I personally don't like leaving reviews but customer service was really bad. It doesn't take much to say something about being busy. Definitely would not recommend.
I usually go to this Dunkin through the drive thru before my doctors appointment in the morning. They are usually very fast and friendly. Have not had any bad experience so far. I am planning to keep coming back. :)

Received a medium coffee latte and it was 1/3 Called manager and called manager he said it was the machine is calibrated for the correct amount. I told him he should recalibrate his machine. I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on againI would give no stars if I was able toDon’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts is a scam. This has happened to me once before.Not filling up their cups to the amount correctly

Pretty slow especially when it gets busy. I was there when no one else was in the dining area to order takeout . I ordered a sandwich and hash browns. My coffee actually was like warm by the time I was given my completed order. Just when it started getting busy inside and on the drive thru, it was chaotic and I was definitely not happy at my experience. And I used to work at a DD back in high school when they actually had bakers.
Extremely rude and inconsiderate in the drive through , white guy with tattoos. Shoo me and my grandma out the drive through and had attitude at the speaker rushing us saying “what else” needs to be retrained or fired . Calling corporate.

I have tried so many different Dunkin's and they're always so disappointing, but this one used to be pretty good. The last few times I've gone though it's been really bad. The coffee tastes bad and nothing is ever made right.I went today and ordered a decaf latte with oat milk, and it was made with normal milk. I didn't drink it until I was home or else I would have gotten it remade, but I paid almost eight dollars for my drink, so I was just going to ignore the oat milk thing even though it was frustrating. So I drank my coffee and now I'm shaking and super sick, and I know that it was definitely not decaf like I ordered it.A milk mixup is forgivable every now and again but people can get very very sick from caffeine if they have an intolerance to it. It's absolutely not ok to serve caffeine when someone orders decaf. I get making a mistake if you're super busy, but there was only one car ahead of us and the line was empty. I'm definitely not wasting my money on Dunkin' any more if my orders going to be made wrong every time and make me sick because I have a caffeine intolerance.
