I love this Dunkin everyone here is so nice!! Fav employees are defo the girl with blonde hair and the girl with black hair and tattoos. They are always super sweet to me, luv them! I think that when you go to Dunkin though you should expect them to be out of stuff because it's Dunkin. If you want top quality cafe stuff then go to Starbs. But any time I've ever ordered from here my stuff is always so yummy and delish. Also there's almost never a wait inside and when you're in the drive thru they're always super quick with it. Love this Dunkin! #loyalcustomer

This place always seems to run out of items! Seems like they are always unprepared! If its not coffee ,they run out of hot chocolate! How can they Not be properly prepared or who is Not placing reordering items!This is just ridiculous! You would think they would be ready for these cold days that EVERYONE has been talking about! We'll take our business to PJs Coffee Shop!

Ordered the Hot Chocolate boxes for an event through the app. When my team member went to pick it up, they said they no longer have them and to get a refund, I had to come IN PERSON with the CC. When I came in, employee had to ring up coffees instead because hot chocolate boxes wasn’t in their system. She refunded what was the “closest” amount without taking tax into consideration.Super disappointed with the service, from the local manager to the regional manager, to the franchise.

This is probably one of the worst locations in San Antonio. I go here often mainly because it’s so close to where I live and idk what happened but it has been on a downhill spiral for months. They are always out of everything, and I literally mean everything! This is the first location that served food in brown paper lunch bags instead of the signature Dunkin bags. Drinks are made inconsistently every single time, sometimes flavorless or even watery! Their food is stale, donuts, hashbrowns, it’s all so bland and if you’re lucky it’ll be lukewarm but more times you'll get it cold. Some staff members are really polite while others are rude and clearly don’t want to be there. This location cannot seem to keep their employees either. Idk what’s going on with management to allow this location to get this bad, but they need to get it together to turn this place around.

To start, they are always out of everything before 2pm. I do not understand why the place is even open until 10 if they can’t sell anything. It is somehow a rare occurrence for them to ever say “thank you” or “have a great day.” This place belongs on kitchen nightmares.

This place is always out of EVERYTHING. They never have any of the holiday flavors. It’s rare if the workers actually say thank you or have a nice day. Someone needs to take over on ordering supplies for this store because they have a big issue.

If I could give a zero. I would! This location is just YUCK! Always out of items. Inconsistent with making coffee drinks! Who's the manager? Owner? Any ducks given by them and these horrible reviews? As long as they've been open, they've sucked! Guess I'm the sucker for hoping they get better!

I have went here many times and they are always out of supplies or ingredient for items on menu. Got a banana split yesterday via drive through. No lid for it, they claimed they didn't have any. I ask for a bag so it didn't spill in my car. She gave me a bag and a lid (clearly had lids but I guess didn't want to give me one at the beginning)I have contacted corporate about a month ago to inform them they need to stock this location with stuff they need. Clearly he didn't care to get this resolve since they are still out of stuff.

I came to this location to purchase a few donuts. The donuts are definitely not fresh and then come to find out they charge me for the waters I ordered without telling me. They have obviously joined other corporate companies in seeing no value in customer service or customer loyalty because they’ve gotten so big. And on top of it I’m surprised I didn’t ask for a tip.

They didn't have any crossaints, so I substituted the sourdough bread. They charged me for the sourdough and then said they were out of the sourdough as well! What did you have to make sandwiches?!?!
