We went in for donuts and ice cream, there were Nats and Flies all over the inside of the glass display, the donuts looked old. The floor and seats looked very dirty. The ice cream had freeze particles on them and the containers looked very dirty. Never again, after speaking with other neighbors and friends they shared the same concerns. Where is the health dept. This didn't happen over nite!

I wish I had taken pictures but there were fruit flies all over the doughnuts. I was not greeted or addressed. The store was very nice and didn't seem unclean. I did not purchase anything because the flies had taken over the display case and I didn't want to get sick.

Usually have no issues with Dunkin, but this location needs to step their game up. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, ended up waiting 10-15 minutes which wasn’t that big of an issue. It became one after getting home and having the wrong breakfast sandwiches! On top of that, the hashbrowns weren’t even in their package but just tossed into the bottom of the bag… then when you try to call and complain, no one answers.

On the way to drop my daughter off at school we decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts because the drive-through line was so backed up. We went inside. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and one iced coffee. It took nearly 20 minutes to get these three items then when we got the items, both sandwiches were burnt, I went back inside and asked the young lady that took our order. If she would eat a sandwich she smiled nervously and embarrassed and said no. She asked if I wanted it remade I said, of course I looked back in the kitchen where the young lady was making the sandwich and she was giving attitude to everybody around her. I told her go ahead and make the other sandwich please she looked at me and glared, she then probably on purpose slowly made the sandwiches, which took another five minutes. At this point the manager had been standing there. The whole time finally decided to chime in I was raising my voice, but by no stretch the imagination was I yelling she told me to stop yelling. I told her that I’ve been customer service for 30 years , and it’s one thing to have an attitude about it is terrible service. She told me she would call the police which is classic talk for. I gotta get the customer out of this building again it’s one thing to have bad service but then when called out for that bad service to have an attitude problem, there was no apology. There was just blame for other employees not doing their job. The managers name is Sarah I did not get the name of the girl with the bad attitude. If you can avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts, and go to another one, I would suggest you do so

Ordered online for a curbside pickup, I had to call after waiting 14 minutes outside. They didn’t even know I was there. When I was home and checked my order was incomplete. Missing one coffee roll. It was to late to go back.

The Owner of this place needs to come help out the 1 employee working the morning shift all by themselves! 8:45 am on a Monday morning and I have been sitting in the drive thru waiting for 20mins to get my coffee. Also front door is locked so the only choice is the drive

I’m really grateful for the workers at this location. Sometimes I am greeted at the speaker by a guy who always has some quirky phrase to say hi or there’s a girl at the window who is just plain nice. It’s a nice change from the location on Nacogdoches and I really appreciate it. It shows it the people working here don’t hate their job- at least the ones I’ve met.
Always a successful coffee stop. In the rare instance that there's a problem, It's always taken care of promptly. Abby and Zach were super helpful today.
