Coffee machine been down for almost 5 weeks??? What kinda pathetic dunkins is this? Every other dunkins in San Antonio would've had this fixed in 2 weeks. I've been coming back here for weeks to see if it's been fixed but today was the last time I check. Poor

I Love this place. They make the Best Iced Matcha with Oat Milk and Stevia! They also have the best bacon egg and cheese croissants. I wish I could go everyday, but only make it when I have appt near by.The staff is Awesome and keep a great attitude even after having to deal with homeless people around there.

I can't believe that this place is drive in only. With the Baskin Robin's part of this business. Menu is confusing. 31 flavors, but none posted on the five through menu. We have to just guess what flavors they have. No waffle cones. The menu should say what they don't have, to make it easier on us. Other than that, way overpriced. $4.70 for a 1 scoop sundae. No dine in. So u can actually see what flavors they have. Place us run backwards. If I was the owner I would be passed because if all the money I'm losing out on.

Why is this store always closed? They have the drive thru blocked with cones and the door to go inside is locked yet there is employee cars parked outside in the parking lot? What is going on?!?! Might as well close this damn location. Have been here several times this month and sam situation.

Update** I used to love coming here this location just isn’t the same anymore. One thing I don’t understand is how the lobby is still closed. They did it after they reopened when everything shut down at the start of the pandemic. 3 years later lobby still closed. Phone doesn’t work or employees don’t care to answer. Website says open at 6 I’ve been there way after that with it still not open.

A ?..I ordered a hazelnut frozen coffee..yet everytime I do I get a different kind of drink.. lol..it either has ice in it ..it's slushed it's got no ice what so ever..it's got Chocolate swirls in it..lol...I seriously do not know what a frozen hazelnut coffee Tastes like..I even had to toss one out..it was watered down .?

It's in a dumpy neighborhood. Homeless approaching cars in the parking lot panhandling. They won't open the Inside so there was a major traffic jam in the main street in front of the building waiting for drive-thru. Avoid this location.

Here at 6:30 am and store is closed lights off. Manager always rude. Hours say store should be open. This store is always a issue. Although they do have one employee that seems to have her stuff together. Margaret i believe. Colored hair and personality to match. But the manager needs to be replaced. Poor management

I went to this location 3 days in a row. Each day that I went I hoped that the service I received was at least basic service. I didn't expect this early morning employee to be all bubbly but I did expect her to be decent. 3 times I got the most rudest & most negative female that obviously hates her job.She literally cut my off while I was ordering to ask if I was going to place a large order and if she she needs to know because She was alone. I proceeded to tell her it was not a large order but if it were to be, did it make a difference since I was ordering and paying for it. She said it did make a difference because she was going to have to ask me to return at a later time because she was there alone because her coworker called in.NECER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!
