For being on this side of town, not sure why the donuts are not very enticing. They all looked smooshed in ans tiny and no cream visible.on the outside anymore some barely had any cream inside as well. I thought Boston kreme had choc on the top, not powdered sugar like the Bavarian kreme but I didn't have the 2 Boston kreme I requested, possibly 4 Bavarian? Can't even tell what anything is since there's barely any cream at all in these little things. ? They didn't have any lemon or vanilla kreme around 1230pm.

Drive thru on a weekday morning with a simple order of 2 drinks 2 sides. The black coffee I ordered came out as iced tea and my egg white bites were ice cold!!! No breakfast for me today ? thanks for nothing Dunkin.

Staff was wonderful. However, I went through the drive thru and got a large caramel iced coffee and egg bites. My coffee had no caramel flavor and my bites were cold. I spent $10 and tipped $2. Ugh very disappointing.

This dunkin’ donuts was awesome! This was my second time ever going to dunkin and the service at this located was exceptional! The cashier named Andre was the BEST! He was very friendly and made our experience great with amazing customer service and friendly personality. I will 100% recommend this location.

Ive been going in the mornings the staff are cold and rude they have these faces like what do want. Horrible customer service. Looks like they have eaten all the donuts. Never giving them my business again

Even if the open sign is on, dont expect them to bother acknowledging you're there. Mcdonalds workers care more, and they're fighting off mammoths for 8 hours a shift while watching families fall apart in the dining

I've been craving donuts so I just had to stop for lunch LOL I grabbed me a glazed blueberry donut and a hazelnut white chocolate bark iced. Both 10/10Service was quick.And staff was friendly. I'm definitely stopping at this dunkin' donuts if I'm in the area.Definitely recommend for a quick snack?

Placed a delivery order. Included two breakfast sandwiches both of which tasted like they were from the day before. Stale bread and awful bacon. They also left off a 10 count of munchkins. Would highly suggest staying away from this locations.

Bring in management ASAP and actually train your employees!!! The food tastes off, inside is always dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Definitely don't recommend drive thru unless you love being rushed and getting attitude.

It is a shame that in such a good location and such good products the employees do not want to work and provide quality service. When we arrived the place was empty and we thought it was very strange because this place is very central and we have visited other places and there are usually a lot of customers but this place was empty and the employees were all looking at their cell phones and when we asked for donuts, they told us that they only There were those that were in the display case. There were flies and the flies were flying on top of the donuts. There was a very dirty fan next to the donuts. I definitely consider that if they make a complete change of all the employees and look for a good manager this place can prosper but if they do not make a change in the employees this place is prone to closing due to poor customer service and poor product management.

The store on Bulverde needs to get their act together. The inside is always closed which makes it difficult to pick up your orders. Some people don’t have time to wait in a ten car drive thru line which is why we go in to pick up our orders. If you are short staffed, your owners need to go in and help. After today’s experience, I will go to other locations. This particular location needs major improvement.
