Ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee, order was wrong, donuts were stale and iced coffee was one of the worst I’ve had, what made it worse is I used Uber eats delivery lol, the Uber driver was amazing though. Worst experience with dunkin, I’ll stick to the better donut shops.

It does absolutely no good to order ahead from this location. No matter how far ahead you order, it will not be ready when you get there. There is no point. If you want food from this location, it would probably be faster to go in and order at the counter.

Went inside to get some donuts and a coffee, Yaasmyn and Jovanni made my experience wonderful. They both have great energy and made sure that the got every detail of my order correct because it was a tiny bit complicated. :) and it is very clean inside.

I love ordering ahead of time on the Dunkin app! The donuts at this location are fresh and tasty. The only complaints I have is that the service is often slower than I would like, and they keep forgetting my coffee!Parking: Easy to get into this shopping mall parking space, as well as either grab Mexican food from Las Palapas next door, or grab food from the Chinese restaurant adjacent to the restaurant.

I come here twice a week for the last 6 months. And for about 80 percent of the time you don’t have what I order. As much medical stuff I go through I look forward to having a treat to take my mind off my medical issues. But 80 percent of the time it just aggravates me. The reps that have attended me are rude/short and curt. I see why your reviews are in the 3’s. It’s like they don’t like working there. I will not be returning.
