Does anyone know why this location has been “temporarily closed” for awhile? My husband and I enjoyed this location a lot. Not only because it’s close to us, but they have never messed up our orders.

walked in the cold weather to get donuts for my family, even checked the hours on google to confirm this location was open. I get to the door and this sign was up. Had to walk all the way back. Super annoying. Pay your employees livable wages so people will actually want to work for your store. Just a thought.

I had just bought my coffee and saw this cookie butter cold brew for the fall season and i mentioned could u change it if i pay the difference? they had already done my coffee so I told him i will just try it next time , so vouple of minutes passed by and they come out and hand me the drink as a treat, amazing flavor and customer service

I never post Complaints, this is the first one.I had been at the store earlier to ensure that I could pick up a “box of Joe“ for a function. When I returned in an hour, they told me they could not fulfill the 1 box order because they had a large order the following day.They didn’t try to find a solution, they just said that they couldn’t do it… The clerk that had assured me I could’ve come back was sitting there during the whole process.I went to Starbucks, a mile down the road, and they took care of it in five minutes.

If there's one thing I can't tolerate, it's deception! I stopped this morning and ordered a dozen donuts and a Box o'Joe for my adult students. I ordered and paid in the drive through. my total was about $31.58. As the employee at the window if she'd included napkins. She assured me that she had. Not true! There was NO ONE in line behind me. It would have cost this employee nothing to turn around and get me some napkins. I've frequented this location for years, but I won't return. Avoid this location!

I go here every morning. To get my regular toast and Avocado and bacon. And out of all days I get two Avocado and toast with bacon and egg to only find out while I'm at the turn around that there's no damn bacon. My fault for not checking. The one time I dont check its not there and the times I do check it's there. If this isnt a more clearer confirmation To not Dunkin' donuts with yall anymore.

This place is either always closing early or just doesn't even open for the day. 3 times in the last week they are closed at noon with no signage or reason. Very disappointing.UPDATE: 9/9/23: 4TH TIME IN 2 WEEKS. GET IT TOGETHER

Went to pick up my mobile order and the girls working this morning were rude. Then they give me my order but no straw for my iced latte. So I have to go back into the drive thru for a straw, and the girl sees me back in the line at the window and gives me a funny look before running off for someone else to handle it. I was nothing but nice even when I had to go out of my way and get back in line. I understand you’re young but girl I know you’re brighter than that. Act like it.
Mostly a good location but if they do make a mistake on your order like they did today I cannot even call to get it replaced cuz the number listed online isn't right. Hope they get more staff soon
