It was my first time in there. They're very patient with me, I usually go through drive-thru. The stuff was amazing. Very clean store. Great location. When I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back. I would recommend to everybody and it's a 10 out of 10. I got a dozen mini donuts, churro latte with that donut skewer ?. AMAZING ?

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the franchise bar none, they don’t have what you order, and when they do it’s cold. They are putting a new one in near stone oak pkwy…hopefully that will be a better store that has products in stock.

Some of the workers are kind of physically and mentally slow… they never understand what you’re trying to say and is always upcharging for no reason. I ordered a small iced coffee, and asked if they can put it in a medium cup because I wanted a lot more ice and staff wants to charge me for a medium because I am now “ordering for a medium sized coffee”, when I’m clearly not.

We go almost every morning for my son’s breakfast before school. It takes 20 minutes or more to get 2 donuts and sometimes longer. It seems like they take an order and complete it before they can start the next one. Some mornings we just have to leave before getting anything because it is taking too long.

Got in and sandwich wasn’t ready, was waiting patiently while they were working and one lady sending texts, a different lady asked if I still needed anything and I informed her about the missing sandwich. They said they dont have it. Turkey egg and cheese. So I ordered a sausage egg and cheese. I got bacon ?

I Just started a morning shift and last week was my first week going to that location, (I'm driving from Alamo Ranch area all the way to stones oak) so Monday I waited 15 min at the window for just a large ice coffee, no sorry for the wait just $7.35 sir and then here, then Tuesday again, but this time I went inside and the lady in front of me was already upset because they had no muffins, I waiting about 15 minutes again, but I still gave you all the benefit of the doubt then today, I go to redeem my points for my free coffee and when he scanned my phone my points disappeared then he tells me $7.35 and when I told him about it he said he didn't see any free coffee and was rude about, this is the first time I have not gotten my free ice coffee and of course it would be at this location. Horrible service all around, ill just wake up early and go to my location instead. If your employees don't want to work then maybe they should look for an easier job or better shift.
