Went through drive thru, have heard about this place but never been. So today wanting to get hot coffee we ordered. Even left a tip, even though we never been here or have yet got our coffee. So disappointed!!!! Both our hot coffees were literally not hot but Luke warm? and it did not taste like white chocolate latte’s . How do you ask for hot coffee and get Luke warm? Never will I go here again. Yuck.

One of the nicest Dutch Bro’s I’ve been to. I did not catch the person’s name who was working the drive thru (they have an anatomical heart tattoo) but they had A+ service!!

The coffee is amazing as always, but they have dropped the ball hard on the flow of the drive through. Used to come through and be out in under 10 minutes. Now I stare at the back of cars for 10 plus minutes, because cars are sitting at the window for far too long. Even when they take orders outside, they'll take mine 6 cars back, and still every car in front of me will just sit at the window. Something is off for sure, you're just making drinks....
Today's my birthday my family and I went to pick up my birthday gift. The coffee is always great however what I don't appreciate is the broista who is a male calling my husband and I "babe". A simple yes sir or yes ma'am is still appreciated these days. This just shows a lack of professionalism. We will not be back to this location.

This is drive-thru only. There is not an intercom speaker to order, instead a person is outside taking the orders. They took a little long because there were 4 cars in front. Great to go when you're not in a hurry. The coffee is good and not as expensive like at other places. Worth the wait.

The lady taking my order was very nice and got it correct. However when I got my drink it was only warm not hot and I think they made it with normal milk instead Oat milk. My stomach was extremely upset as I am extremely lactose intolerant. A very disappointing experience as I normally love Dutch bros.
