My daughter loves Dutch bros, so I decided to try it. I go and wait in line for 10 minutes. Not even busy it’s one car in front of me ?. I get to the window and this lady is very nice asking me how I am and what not. I order, I wait, and I wait, and guess what? You guessed it! I waited. There was 5 cars behind me at this point, It’s been 10 minutes since I ordered. I ask her what’s going on? She said they’re working on it it’ll be out momentarily. Within seconds she hands me my drink but no top muffin. So I ask her where is my top muffin and she says you didn’t order one. So she’s scrambling through the system and finds I did order it. I finally get it I drive off and there’s now 2 cars behind me the other 3 left. This was the WORST experience. I don’t know how my daughter even likes this, it’s too sweet. I thank god for the patience he gave me to wait and not yell at this poor teenage girl, but I am never coming back. ??

the young woman working the shift tonight, I went around 9/9:30 PM, was very unprofessional and gave bad service. The music was louder than usual and she could hardly focus on taking the order and kept pausing to sing while we were trying to order. Not polite, disrespectful. would leave her name but she never mentioned
It's refreshing to have fantastic customer service from teenagers/young adults! The hot mint cocoa with an espresso shot was the delicious boost I needed. Because it was my first time, the customer service and great beverage will bring me back!
