So thankful to find a vegetarian fast food place! The Ranchero burger is to die for and the fries are crisp and perfectly seasoned. The staff was kind enough to give a little cup of coconut ice cream to our dog (which we tried some of and it was DELICIOUS). Even the drinks were top tier. The Peach on Earth tea is very flavorful! I love everything about this place. I wish I had one where I live!

Hello, I've always loved earth burger as a vegetarian, the options are great and the food is amazing, my personal favorite is the ranchero!The reason I'm writing this review is because of the poor service I received, as I decided to go to an Earth burger I've never been to as it was nearby. I went through the drive through around 4ish today & the girl who served us treated us with such an attitude. I don't expect anyone who served me to greet me with a smile and welcoming words as I know the works hard and you're just trying to get by day by day, but that doesn't excuse being rude. The wait time was a little long(10-20mins) but that's expected when I go to earth burger. The one sauce I requested was forgotten(this happens it's no big deal) we had to wait at the window for a few minutes for them to come back and when we told them about the sauce they just looked us up and down, and went off to get the sauce, she gave it to use and during our whole experience she looked annoyed at us and didn't say a word. (no cars were behind us)I know this isn't that big of a deal it's just this type of thing makes me and assumedly other people insecure. Earth Burger has always been my favorite vegetarian place as the food is great and in the past has had some of the best costumer service I've experienced, but now I have a bitter taste in my mouth and no need to go back.

All very tasty plant based foods. Shakes are great, fries and tots are great but definitely go for the loaded tots, and the Ranchero burger is one of the best plant based burgers I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

One of the somewhat rare totally plant based "fast food" establishments in San Antonio. Good food, made pretty much to order. Takes a little extra time but worth it.

Ordered the chicken strip basket and an iced tea in the drive thru. My total was $19, which is already ridiculous. Then they hand you the cc reader and ask for a tip. If the company is marking up food to this extent, I would think they should be able to pay workers a living wage without tips. Also, there are multiple advertisements for gravy in the drive thru, and I specifically requested it when I ordered. When I got home, I found that I received a giant cup of plain mayonnaise instead. I assumed this was a mistake, so I went back to the restaurant to try to get the gravy. The workers told me they no longer sell it. Wish they would have told me that when I ordered.I live close to this location and like supporting vegan businesses, but it’s becoming hard to justify the expense when I can get a better quality (and way cheaper) fast food meal just by throwing some Gardien in the air fryer at home.

I ordered breakfast sandwich and got home and realized they gave me some random burger that was not breakfast at all!!!I called and they said we don’t have the breakfast sandwich just the wrap. They could of told me that and I would of got the wrap rather than some mystery burger ? they didn’t offer to fix or discount for giving me completely the wrong order!!Disappointed I wanted breakfast. I just gave random burgers away.For sure if ever go back will check order before leaving.Waste of money cause I did not get what I ordered! disappointing! Bday meal for husband failed… emailed but that did nothing.
