Used to be one of our favorite places to dine. It was an excellent experience and made everything seem special. Now it seems rushed (most courses are pre cooked and no longer prepared table-side) so the “experience” is diminished. Not sure prices are still a value for the overall production.

My fiancé and I don't get out enough for date night but when we do we always end up here. They have wonderful service and amazing food. You can get a more private booth if you are needing that Intimacy or quiet time. We have two small kiddos so it's always needed. We've never been let down by an experience here and always recommend the melting pot!
fun experience! My girlfriend and I did the 5 course meal experience and it was very fun. I personally think it was over priced overall and would probably not go here again because of that. As a one time experience I'm glad we tried it!

First thing we noticed when sitting down at the table was the food crusted between the table cooktop for the fondue and the table. Looked like they never lifted it out and cleaned it. Waitress was fairly inattentive except when bringing out the food or our drinks. There was also a forced 18% gratuity for the 5 course meal even though the waitress waited until our drinks were fully gone. Never offered us water either. Every time we ordered or said something she would keep trying to walk away before we were done.
We were very excited to celebrate our anniversary and to try the melting pot for our first time, but it was very disappointing to have reservations 5:00, table wasn't ready to be seated until 5:13-15 and checked in at 4:48. I reserved for the table to be covered with rose petals and a bouquet of flowers as a surprise to my wife, there was none and when I told the host “she said oh..... I guess there was supposed to be flowers here”. We eventually got the bouquet of flowers, But was very disappointed within that 25 minutes of waiting to be seated the table was not set up. The rest of the experience was really good. Just wish the host were able to do their job and not spend money on bouquet of flowers and rose petals if I wasn't gonna get them as a surprise or the experience the packaged we got which the bill was over $200, we feel duped sadly. Host was also very rude and not caring what so ever.

Began with the server which set the tone unfortunately. With two members of our party (seven in total party) being new to this restaurant, she spoke at a fast rate of speech for which we just let her finish so she could leave the table. We felt rushed even when she returned to take drink orders. Two of us said “water” just so she could leave again while we still were trying to decide what we really wanted. I called ahead of time to inform them that we celebrate my son's birthday there every year, and this year we were also celebrating my uncle's also. They provided the nice touch of birthday cards for each of them. However, they normally bring out a dessert but didn't it this year. So after we were brought out the tab, we just awkwardly sang the happy birthday song to them. Will rethink establishments for celebrating next year. One of the two pots didn't it heat up the same, but food was as expected.

Portion sizes cut way back for an extremely inflated price. I eat here often with my wife and was very disappointed in the portion sizes served on Valentines day. Two pieces of chicken, two pieces of marinated sirloin was not great value for the money compared to normal

Our waiter's name was Casey but he goes by Case. He was very attentive and was always right there if we ever needed anything. His recommendations were spot on and we will definately be back.
2 year anniversary. We were sat within an appropriate time frame. We did end up sitting without service for around 20 minutes. However, the manager became aware and compensated us more than adequately. Our server was amazing. He answered all our questions and we never felt like we couldn't get a hold of him! The ambience was nice, and the food was great! We got the add-ons for the desert and they were amazing! We will definitely be coming back again!
Always a great experience! We went here for my son‘s birthday, and our server was friendly and joked around with us and of course the food was always incredible and absolutely delicious. They have changed things and they don't mix the cheese and the chocolate at your table like they used to. But overall, it is one of our favorite places to go especially to celebrate a birthday.
We celebrated my son's birthday at The Melting Pot. We had a great time, the food was excellent, our waiter was very helpful and polite. My son had a great time. Thank you for making this experience special

I made reservations to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were seated in a couples booth which we had never experienced. Very intimate and comfortable allowing us the opportunity to visit as we dined. We had the “Quattro Formaggio”, and highly recommend this delicious option with the added ingredients of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, pesto and white wine in the 4 cheese blended fondue. We elected the “Big Night” as our entree and decided on the “Coq Au Vin” style which was AMAZING with all food. The chocolate fondue we chose was the “origional” you can't go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter!! It was an amazing night and a wonderful experience we had celebrating and re-connecting after a busy week. A great place to connect with the one you love!

We came for my son's 20th birthday and had such a great experience. Our server was Sonya and she was absolutely fantastic. The food was seasoned perfectly, and the chocolate fondue was a really nice ending. Sonya even sang Happy Birthday!
Food was good, and ambiance was nice. Our service was okay, she would be gone for long periods of time and we would be sitting and waiting. The noise level was low and comfortable.
Dirty table, dirty utensils, very dirty bathrooms. After seeing what they considered a presentable level of cleanliness in the restaurant and bathrooms I can only imagine what the cleanliness of the kitchen was like. ???
