Food is great there is no doubt about that my only complaint is they will charge you a fee use your credit or debit card. Not your regualy must purchase $5 or more. It was more like my total came out to $42 and some change after taxes and when I gave her my card she swipes it and tells me the new total after she swiped I was like wait what I thought it was $42, she tells me oh we charge a fee to use your card I'm like the hell you are no I don't think so then she tells me no don't worry about it Im take it off. The hell you are tf how you gonna charge me to use.my own card to pay..that's the craziest thing I've ever heard. If I come back it's cash payments only.

The Wait staff were friendly, fast, and nurturing. The atmosphere is so authentic, the music loud enough to enjoy yet low enough to have a conversation with your partner. The Mexican food here at San Juan's is the best I've tasted in San Antonio so far. It is a hidden gem. Yes, it's not perfect and "high end" but it reminds me of home; even if my home was in Korea, it reminded me of my mother's cooking somehow. Perfecto.

The consistency is creamy with hearty bites of meat & beans!Their daily specials are yummy! I accidentally received the Mexican plate a few weeks ago! I ate it due to ordering close to their closing time & not being able to return it! IT WAS DELICIOUS!The food is always flavorful & fresh! The portion sizes are generous!they have outstanding customer service & are very personable! The restaurant is always clean. I've never had an issue with their service!***I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!***
