Terrible service can’t even make a simple Sandwich. Ordered Firehouse through Doordash @ 8 & they close at 9, i don’t see how it’s so hard to make a sandwich & bag it & give it to the doordash drive pure laziness from all the people working there.

You may want to check your food and soda machine. Something made me sick. I had a hook and ladder and a cup of chili with a soda and a pickle. Within less than an hour I was sick. That lasted an hour....so far. This saddens me but, I won't be back to that location.

I ordered online and picked up but after arriving home found my sub was missing cheese. I even reviewed my order to make sure I didnt omit by accident. I called in and explained to the person answering phone who then called the manager. He went on to say he made my order and he knew he put cheese and I said I dont know where it went but it's not here now. I even told him I would text him a picture he once again stated he put the cheese on himself and then put me on hold. The original person after some time came back and said that if I bring it back they would put cheese. I said I am already home and was not driving back for them to add cheese and he stated that's all he can do. I haven't posted a review before let alone a negative one but this to me is poor customer service.
By far the worst oneManagers are irresponsible my son had interview he went manager was on vacation so he waited another two weeks. Manager on vacation again. Than they hired someone with manager gone. When your a hippo you should be respectful

I honestly feel like this is one of my least favorite sandwich restaurantsLike I would personally prefer to go to Jersey Mike's , subway. However, Jimmy John's and firehouse subs will probably be the two that I don't really go to and Quiznos I have not tried Schlotzsky's so I don't have opinion on them eitherHowever, for firehouse subs, I feel like the prices a little expensive and I don't feel like my sandwich was filled with a lot so overall, I would give it a 5/10

I have never been to this location until Sunday. It is very clean and everything was great. I got the sandwich and soup combo which I recommend their chicken and dumpling soup is fantastic.
