The food is good, but they need a new crew at this location. We go every single week and have been taking the food to go since COVID. With today's order ($50 plus tip), I got home to get unpack the order and found that the gravy for biscuits and gravy was left out of the bag. When I called the manager said I could request a credit for the gravy through the website but it would be too hard for him to do. I had to drive all the way back to just pick up the gravy. Needless to say when I got home I was unable to eat the food because it was cold. What they should have done is remake the order, not just give the gravy. He did give me a $20 gift card and the manager said it was the "least he could do". No, the least he could do was remake the order so we aren't required to eat cold food. I will not be back. It is very sad because this is our regular place every week. This is not the first time things are left out of orders, but this is the first time the main item was left out. If you order from this location, check your orders and do not expect to receive good quality customer service from anyone (even though several are just standing around doing nothing).UPDATE: this location still has issues two years after this review. Just left without the food I ordered because nearly two hours after placing the order online it was still not done. If you place an order online at a scheduled time well over an hour in advance, food should be ready timely and with no argument. The location wasn’t even as busy as they usually are, so there are no excuses. Left hungry and had to get a refund.UPDATE: This location still has rude staff. Now they don’t offer to go orders on weekends. I guess when you’re always busy good customer service means zero.

My "Go To" place. This one is near the airport. Server Vicky was Outstanding. Had the Avocado Toast and colleague had a scrumptious scramble. As expected...eggcellent!

Caleb is a fantastic waiter! When questions or requests were made, he didn't skip a beat. He knew the menu inside and out. That's been a lost trade in a lot of young people now of days. But he makes sure his customers are well taken care of.

Consistently great food and service. I do miss The Egg And I, but I've come to love First Watch. The Barbacoa Chiliquiles (spell check) were amazing!

The service was great, as usual. We enjoyed the gentleman helping us in the back room. Unfortunately, the food was less than sub-par. I ordered a salmon frittata with grits. Everything within the frittata was burned - roasted tomatoes (burned) onions (burned) eggs (overcooked). The grits were also undercooked and completely unseasoned. Maybe it's supposed to be unseasoned so the customer can adjust it to their liking (sweet or savory) but undercooked is not acceptable. To me, it seems like the chefs don't taste the food.Wouldn't go here again.
