Horrible place to work for. Management SUCKS. They don’t appreciate good employees nor do they communicate with their employees. Overall management and general manager are UNPROFESSIONAL.

Jasmine Valencia is the bee’s knees. She is the best, she’s sweet, and hilarious. I will definitely come back just to see her and bug her. I feel like she should be promoted to Owner.Also, I’ve seen Jasmine save a litter of puppies from a burning building. She better get $1,000,000 for being a phenomenal person. She is a 5-Star Woman.

Any time I have visited First Watch there has been at least a 20-30 minute wait for a table. This time was no different. There were empty tables, some waiting to be bussed so it appeared that they did not have adequate wait staff. Once seated it took a while to get our drinks (Diet Coke and Sweet Tea) and place our order. Food was so-so. Pretty pricey for what we got. Not a huge fan of the seasonings used on the potatoes. We have decided that was our last visit to First Watch.

I love their breakfast and coffee. I come have breakfast and dispite being busy they never rush you. Me and my friends sit and talk for a while. And we always leave a good tip for sitting longer than we should.

I did not like having to wait outside when we first arrived, but the wait was only around 10-15 minutes and then we got seated. Justin was our server and he made the wait all too worth it! He had the best personality and was very helpful with the menu selections and advice on ordering. He came back to the table several times to check on us (as well as all the other tables he was serving) and just made the whole experience better. The food, the kale drink, the caramel coffee, million dollar bacon was all amazing!!!
