Recently, I went to Five Guys on a Thursday night around 9:00 pm. The lobby was busy, but the location was clean and well-maintained.The food was fresh, made to order, and the portions were as expected. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and efficient, handling multiple customers quickly. The entire crew was welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and saying goodbye as we left.The condiment area, including the ketchup, vinegar, and freestyle machine, was clean and well-stocked. The only machine out of service was the Hi-C dispenser, but that wasn't a problem since the other options were available.While I don't visit this location often due to the price, every experience has been positive. Message to the team: keep up the great work! You're doing everything right. Thank you!

Friendly smiles walking-in, mature man assures to say hello.Very nice walking into a place u dont know and folks saying hello.Good food! Clean bathroom, love the bleach scent in the restroom. Everyone was clean cut and friendly. The single burger was heafty and delicious. My husband loved the made with real strawberries, strawberry milkshake. However, the seasoned fries were just covered in seasoning and not real flavor. Every bite was like seasoned gravel. Be prepared to spend some money.

I was really wanting a good burger and they never disappoint but I didn't get off work until 9 and they are 30mins away. I hate to be that person but I went in 30 minutes before closing and expected the employees to respond accordingly. I was greeted by a smile and hello, welcome by every single employee! They were extremely kind and quick given the time of day. Never have I seen such great staff! Not even at the restaurant I work in. The food was amazing, the dining room was super clean, and all in all I was so happy I had to leave credit where credit is due. Amazinggggg will be back!!
