We recently had our son's 5th birthday party at this location, as Freddy's is his favorite. Our experience here at Freddy's, namely this location, made the whole experience a wonderful memory for our family. Karen, the general manager, truly took care of us. She made him feel extra special, ensured that the table was ready upon our arrival, and even checked in with us before we got there. I also noticed how she and the staff were with all of the other customers throughout our time there. They personally greeted every customer, with a smile and a warm and genuine greeting, making everyone feel at home. The food came out super fast, hot, and everything to the exact order, even with many complicated specifications for such a large party. Our son had a wonderful experience as did our whole family! Thank you Karen and Freddy's!

Frozen custard is just so much better than soft serve from all the other places. Half and half... Chocolate and vanilla. So very good and the perfect snack. Update: had frozen custard for lunch and it was great!

Luis was awesome!!! He gave us advice on what to get and helped us get a good deal (advised combo instead of separate sides). He was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were eating out of his own home! We need more people like Luis in the world!

I’ve been eating at this location for years. A year ago I noticed a decline in service and food quality so I went to another location. Today I decided to revisit this location located at Thousand Oaks and US281 and was pleasantly surprised. This location is under new management—both the store and district wide. The entire store has been “restructured” from the ground up. Very clean, food quality is served fresh and hot and tastes delicious. Counters, floors, bathrooms clean, staff friendly and you can tell, trained. I met Jackie the district manager who happened to be there and I let her know what an impressive 180 degree turnaround. I’m definitely returning. 5 Stars.
