Monique is a awesome server! She pays attention to the customers. Always has a smile. Karaoke is awesome there on Thursdays. KJMike is very good gives a great show. The food is yummy. I've had the mushroom burger. Mark the bartender sings like an angel and makes great drinks!

We usually love Gibbys, but today was a bad experience. Honestly probably bad enough to stop going.Our food was up waiting for over 10 minutes for the rest of the food to be ready then they brought our food and it was not as ordered.We sent the food back and it sat at the counter and the waitress brought it right back to us with no changes made. We sent it back again.It took another 10 minutes for them to remake the kids' food while we, the parents, waited to eat with the kids. Our fries and pizza were cold and we still paid full price. $100 for the meal.They must get a lot of complaints because they took the time and money to update their menus to read: "Absolutely not refunds whatsoever. No exceptions."Go somewhere else or save your money

First time there and will not be going back food and service sucked so bad. There was one server only us and two other tables. Could not get waited on. Got our drinks wrong. When we did finally get our drinks couldn't get refills had to go to the bar were our server was on his phone to ask for something to drink. Ordered the appetizer sampler onion rings we're burnt, fried pickles were cold. He got my husband's burger wrong even after coming back to the table twice asking what he ordered my burger bottom bun was so soggy you could barely pick the burger up. Only got 2 chicken strips on the adult chicken strip meal so overall it sucked

Worst experience ever! First and last time here! We came here tonight for a family event and arrived early so I could get comfortable seating(saw pictures during the week that they had picnic tables outside and single seat tables). We arrived ordered ,ate and everything was going great! As time went all of a sudden General Manager 'RICO" was his last name(that's because I remember seeing his name tag as I was yelling at him and telling him that it was not right). He came and told me and my husband and parents that we had to move from our table( 4 single seat table) because he needed to seat his walk in guest and that he was going to move us to a picnic table (which I explained to him that I am not of size to sit on one) and since we were part of the event they were having my table was reserved. I told him that I came early to get a comfortable table that accommodates me and that was not right that he was doing that! I told him I cannot sit on a picnic table because of my size and he said well that he could out a chair for me on the side. And I said NO!! I came early to get my table and now you are wanting me to move to accommodate other guests and put me to a table in the back(my table was in a visible area by thr back door). I left there upset and my voice raised up yelling at him ,letting him know what he did was not right. We decided to leave and not even continue to stay there after that happened. I asked for the franchise owners number and he refused to give it to me. Then he back tracked himself by saying that he never told me to move.Really!! There is no reason to lie and make up crap like that...We were having a good time and would of stayed longer but why support businesses that treat their customers that way and also why do these businesses hire "Manager " that do not know how to make a restaurant or know the first thing about customer service! It's no wonder they only have one location left..And again he refused to give me his franchise owners name or phone number. Why? Because he knows he should not have done that and it was not right!!...And by the wayFood was not all that great. The good time we were having was with family!!
