Just couldn't get anything right, I live off 1604 and Bandera, drove all the way over on patranco and 1604, and then no rolls, wrong pieces of chicken , unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I talked to the manager he told me I had to send a message to the company and they would message me back but that he would replace the meal well never got the message, so I called a few days later and spoke with another manager he said he couldn't replace the meal his manager told him not to, but if I had gone back on the same day they could have,but the other manager didn't tell me that, I asked for his manager to call me to this hour she have not called, it's about the meal it is the principal of it, the untruth told and the breach, no more, actually this was the second time the first time I didn't say anything.

Worst golden chick ever!!! Employees have absolutely no customer service skills and blast their ghetto music in the drive thru with nothing but cursing. I'd rather walk over hot coals than come back to this place.

This place is always dirty, floors are always super sticky, over staffed and food still takes forever or they forget something also it wasn't in my food but the customers before us brought the food back because of a hair in the gravy and that made me notice that noone was wearing a hairnet

Used to work there not anymore, they are also short staffed cause there trying to make people come into work sick and caused me to get Corona so all the kids left. So I went back 11/8/22 cause I heard new management. I left cause of hostile worke environment from a guy named Julian, he always tried to fight me and I reported it so the head of golden chick. They did nothing so I left. Came back new management and I'm no longer able to work there but yet he still works for the company, so I guess nice guys finish last. To all the kids and and adults please don't work for this company as u will be kicked out for defending yourself

What a delight! This is our first time in a Golden Chick restaurant in years. The staff was friendly and professional. Roy took our order. The food was hot and fresh. So many options to choose from! We decided on a mixed chicken meal and the four piece fried fish meal. Lots of drink options. The food did not disappoint. And the cherry on top?? A FREE ice cream cone for dessert! Everyone working there was so nice. Jeremy quickly assisted me when the ice machine ran low. He was the epitome of great customer service. Service with a smile! Thank you Roy and Jeremy for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting this place more often.

My order was messed up despite me repeating it six times at the drive-tru. I ordered one breast, two wings, and the family jalapeño. They gave me two wings, a thigh, and one jalapeño. So, I basically paid 10.67 for one 2 wings and 1 jalapeño!!!!! (I DONT EAT THIGHS) Please do better.

A first time customer at this location and sadly disappointed. I did an online order for the nine piece s and legs half and half roasted and fried. I added a family size fries and family size mac and cheese and 12 rolls. I arrived a couple of minutes after the instructed pickup time and still had to wait somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes in their parking lot for them to bring it to me. I should have checked it before I left but I didn't. The chicken was fine but there was no mac and cheese and only a handful of french fries. I didn't go back for them to make it good as it was pouring down rain and it takes me about 20 minutes to get there. I called to see if they would take that portion off of my bill and of course they would not. Fast food places need to double and triple check their orders before sending them out the door! Folks are upset about the Rising star radio cost of eating out to begin with and when you short their orders that's a mistake neither you nor I can afford

Love the food from this place, the wings are phenomenal, the rolls are so moist and delicious, can’t go wrong with either the fried chicken or the roasted chicken, both are wonderful. My only complaint is that in the drive through they tend to get the order wrong sometimes, but the managers do make up for it when you call to complain about it.
