This location is one of the best in SATX.Well that was until my experience today.The GM customer service was unprofessional, and unwarranted. I requested to refund a portion of my order b/c I over ordered. I was notified while I was in the drive thru that they do not offer refunds. I asked where was it posted and was informed that it was on the door before entering the restaurant.The GM did offer to give me a replacement meal and would write my information in a book but not on my receipt. I tried taking a pic of the book but my phone was overheated and didn't capture the entire entry. The GM was yelling at me through the window stating they do not give refunds and to get out of her drive thru. I repeated several times "Ma'am I'm not asking for a refund. I would like for you to write that l'm entitled to a replacement meal." She basically said that all the proof I needed was what was in her book.I would've appreciated if the GM would have allowed me to speak & respected me just as I respected her. Customer Service & Consideration of Others Trainingshould be mandatory and offered at least quarterly.

I always like coming to this location on 281 and Stone Oak. It’s always very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Cashier Xiomara Was very nice. She let me take my time and she even made some good suggestions I certainly will be backParking: There is always plenty of parking at this location and the restaurant is always clean and fully stocked with condiments and I love the free ice cream cone.
