Terrible place. The management here is awful and the manager, Katie is very unprofessional and should be written up. Treated and took advantage of a trainee poorly and very rudely. They lost our business for good. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Could get better boba tea’s elsewhere.

Friendly servers who help you wade through all the options. I've gotten the Lemon Winterberry with Basil Seeds twice. Caffeine free and so refreshing!

I've been a long time fan of Gong Cha but have never really had a problem, until today. I ordered a oolong milk tea with "no ice" (on the left) and a black milk tea with "light ice" (on the right). These are the drinks that they made. I saw how the cup is literally 20% empty and asked one of the employees if there is a reason why the cup is not filled, and she said back to me, not very nicely "We make our drinks based on ratio and you said no ice".First of all... I ordered this $7 oolong milk tea off of the menu, NOT oolong milk tea+ ice. No where does it say that your drink comes default with ice. If customizing my drink is an option like your menu offered, why am I getting 20% less product for doing so? Is this the way your store advertises that when a drink is ordered, I don't get 100% of what I'm paying for? When I took the second photo, the ice in the black milk tea has already melted, and it looks like the cup is full. If you guys make drinks based on some ratio, do you account for the ice that's going to melt and dilute the flavor? If so, why didn't you just add water to my drink so I can have the same ratio? At least I won't walk away with a 20% empty cup that I paid $7 for.I've been to a few different Gong Cha locations and this has never been a problem, at least not to this degree. I understand not filling the cup up to avoid spilling, account for easier sealing... but this is ridiculous. Just look at my drink.

Service here was outstanding, welcomed with a smile and didn't feel any pressure to quickly order since this was my first time.I got the Caramel Chocolate Slush with Oreo Crumbs added. Stuck to the normal amount of sugar and it was just right! The order was quickly made, but I wouldn't have minded waiting longer since the whole store smelled like sweet vanilla. Definitely coming back to try the other items available and their Bubble Waffles.

Super yummy boba place! The interior was nice and the stuff was friendly. I got the dirty brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls and I totally recommend it—sweet but not TOO much.

i was really excited to come here after seeing pics online. the drinks we ordered were great, but unfortunately i have to only give a two star rating because the two staff members had one song on loop for the entirety of our study sesh! it felt like they did not want us there and wanted to drive us out by having the song on a loop but we stayed for about an hour because we had a lot of work to get done and chose this spot. from the moment we walked in until we left, the same song was looped! very obnoxious. i think if the volume was just slightly lower and have more than one song playing it'd be great.

Horrible staff and always out of boba how is that even possible. Always get my drinks wrong as a diabetic I ask for zero sugar ans clearly they don’t listen. Only one person that works there gets the drinks right and is precise .///// manager didn’t even offer rain check or to make things right. Do better by your customers gong

Overall thought: Tasted artificial. Never going back to the chain.I am rating this as an Asian and boba-pro who had boba/milk tea in different cities and areas of the world.I ordered a large taro milk tea.I gave 3 star because-1 star tasted artificial. Real milk was used, not sure about the tea, but the taro favor was artificial which made the whole drink tasted artificial.-1 not worth the price. For $7 I can get better quality milk tea elsewhere, plus this was nearly half ice.

Love the tea and their bubble waffle. Very clean and nice environment. Little loud if you tried to do some work in here, but overall I would come back! Cute decorations too!

I love this place. Very clean and I love the atmosphere. I loved their boba waffle (yes! Boba waffles!) and all the bobas I've tried so far, have not disappointed, they are so good . I'm not always in the mood for Coffee (I like bobas a lot more) but I like to have a great atmosphere if I need to work outside of home. This is a great place to do all that.

The customer service was not great. I ordered one bubble waffle with ice cream and it took way too long to get our order, we had to ask them for it. The staff was more focused on the drinks of the people who ordered after us. They burnt our waffle and forgot to put the ice cream in it. It was good, but not worth the trouble.
