This is a food truck. I don't think it is going to move anytime soon. The gorditas are excellent... I had the asada. They have a couple of picnic tables set up with shade. There was no line to wait to order when I was there. Jones Maltzberger near Wurzbach.

I believe this is same place but inside Rolling Oaks Mall, please correct me if Im wrong. Gorditas estaban muy buenas, I had Rajas De Queso/Harina and Barbacoa/Maiz. The salsa rojo, was chile de arbol, delicious!! Customer service was excellent.

I had heard that Gorditas La Laguna was very good so I tried it. The owners are from Matamoros, Coahuila. I had gorditas recently in Matamoros, Coahuila and loved them. I have been looking for a place ever since that has the same kind of gorditas I had in Mexico. I tried several kinds, and they were all super delicious and very fresh. The owners are extremely nice. I will definitely go there every time I am in San Antonio!
