While pizza was pretty good, this location is short staffed and I am not impressed with the service. They were quick to seat us in the near empty restaurant, but it took quite some time to be greeted. Drinks took a while and I never got my beer so I cancelled it. The pizza took a long time, but this could be due to freshness so I guess I'll give a pass. They do not seem to give the tables or floors much of a clean. I would expect a pizza place to be slammed on Sunday but the reviews and service suggest that people have decided to avoid them. Maybe I should have done the same.

If you like your pizzas to taste like ash with chunks of burnt coal stuck to the bottom of a soggy crust, then you might like this place. Being a chef that has worked with brickstone pizza ovens before, I thought it was weird that you wouldn't clean off all of the ash from the stone before cooking on it so I brought it up to our server Davian. He said that they get complaints like that sometimes, but it it was completely normal. If I wasn't out with my wife's family, then I would have just sent it back and eaten somewhere else. It wasn't completely inedible, but the ash had a weird texture and lingered on my tongue for about 30 minutes after leaving. I'm very surprised that people like the taste of coal ash stuck to the bottom of soggy pizza. I'll stick to ash free brickstone pizza with crispy crust. We were also really looking forward to me and my wife's favorite dessert, tiramasu. However, after wondering where Davian was for fifteen minutes when there were only a few tables in the restaurant after he cleared our plates. He just came back to the table and said, "Here's the check when you're ready," then left. It seemed like he really wanted us to leave, so I didn't even bother to ask him about dessert.

We came in to redeem a birthday pizza reward and added Spicy Chicken sausage, ricotta, hot honey, and jalapeños. The pizza was delicious! Perfect combo and very generous on the toppings. Our server was Acasia, she was very attentive and provided excellent and friendly service.

Service was good, mediterranean salad was also good, but the pizza was meh. The garlic white sauce pizza was tastier than my husband's traditional pepperoni. He asked for extra cheese and did not get it; the waitress agreed the pizza clearly didn't have extra cheese, so she removed that from the total cost. My pizza came out a good 5-7 minutes before my husband's did, so the timing is off a bit. Pizza flavor wasn't anything special in our opinions. We were disappointed in our first visit here.

Waited for over 30 minutes for the 2 pizzas I ordered. Didn't check them inside because I was in a hurry, my MISTAKE!! BOTH pizzas were burnt and had a heavy burning smoke taste. There's no way they didn't know and just boxes them up like all was good. Tried to eat a small piece as I drove and about gagged. Called them and received no apology whatsoever, just presented with option to return and have them try again or refund it. REFUND PLEASE! Won't be back to this location.

Had a great experience this Easter Sunday. Pizza was delicious and our waiter took good care of us. Got the prosciutto arugula with fresh mozzarella, and it did not disappoint!

Ordered two pizzas. First one was prosciutto with arugula but got it home and it had the prosciutto but no arugula. The second was pepperoni and sausag. Got it home had plenty of pepperoni but about six pieces of sausage. Pizza oven could not have been swept for hours because our hands look as if we are chimney sweepers. Pretty sad. This is generally my go to place for pizza. It really destroyed my confidence in them.
