The rosemary garlic fries are worth getting. The aoli is great as a dipper or on the burger. I love white cheddar and was so glad they had it as an option. I appreciated that it came in a wrapper so I could stay clean. The pickles were a nice mild crunch and I hate pickles on my burgers. This is a great stall in the Pearl food hall.

Fries were delicious. Burger lacked flavor and was burnt , including the bun. Service was not too good and floor of kitchen was very dirty. It was unfortunate it was my first time visiting and my fiance and I were very disappointed.

Very good burger with peeler wagyu, had the henbit burger without cheese, the sweet potatoes, & a monster cookie. The burger is cravable enough to drive 30 mins for, the beef was very succulent. The sweet potatoes tasted like a 2nd order to go, they had a spicy flavor & the texture was so crispy outside & smooth inside. I want a monster cookie now, actually I want three- it was so thick but so soft at the same time. Pretty solid spot, highly recommend. I had my meal with a frizzante from the bar in the same food hall. It was a great pairing. Yummmm y'all!

I tried Henbit following someone's enthusiastic recommendation. First time visit I tried their basic smash burger, which I'd rate as "very good", but not "great". However when out-of-town visitors who like a burger place like Henbit came, they chose to go there and we each order burgers above the basic one which I have to say were "great". They were worth the extra expense, and we all agreed that they were very tasty and satisfying. Service is OK, however. They clearly try hard to please, but both times there was a small matter of confusion or a hiccup in the order. Although the wait times are long - because the line to order can be long, and because they cook on order, it is worth it. The long line is more a testimony to their popularity, and the cook time means what you are getting is freshly cooked. Besides, it is in a sizable indoor food court, and in direct proximity to a large outdoor plaza with tables, and they use your phone number/text messaging to notify you that your order is ready. If you like a great smash burger at a reasonable price, I recommend Henbit.
Tried to customize the Gorgonzilla burger and the employee was super bitty and confused and told me why don’t you just do a classic burger and customize it. Ended up getting the burger with only a patty and arugula on it- NOT WHAT I ORDERED. very plain and dry and cold. My nieces burger was red raw. Awful experience and rude workers. Ended up getting tacos instead.

Everything was perfect. He even made my delicious burger without the delicious milk bun! They were accommodating, and I really tasted the flavor the chef put into the pimento cheese bacon burger. They have a case of beverages you can choose from soda to orange juice.

Burger was hella good, def go for the extra price for the double if you can afford it, the fries are a big pass though, trusted the reviews but me and my friends got fries that singularly tasted like rosemary it was so overpowering and pungent that they were basically inedible. worth 19$ for a burger + fries (w/o tip) probably not but if you just get the single burger and you split fries with friends it’s not too bad.Vegetarian options: Great vegan burger that my friend had, crispy, great sauce and slaw
