Everything is great. But as you can see from your picture online here, there is not any handicap parking or ramps. Not I have seen, there is designated parking, only for the resturant. It is dangerous for the elderly to step up or down from a curb with a walker. This very much needs to be fixed quickly. I noticed another elderly group also parking near me and having to also step up with a walker with little room between vehicles.Parking: No handicap parking or ramps close to the resturant. Not ideal for wheelchairs or walkers.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to manuver a wheelchair or walker between vehicles, no ramps, or space between cars for existing cars with a wheelchair or walker. A danget for elderly stepping up or down the curb.

First off, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the head of the restaurant. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect item due to misunderstanding part of their menu— they were understanding of my mistake and allowed me to receive the corrected item. Whereas they could have told me that it is my own issue, they helped me resolve my mistake on the order.The inside of the restaurant has a beautiful entryway with plenty of wait-room seating. Upon entry to the main dining room, the tables and mood of the restaurant is well planned and executed, giving an elegant feel to this venue. There is also an aquarium in the center, something that is exciting to view in the middle of this eloquent restaurant.I will be returning to this restaurant and recommending to friends, and family!

I’ve been going there since I was a kid. I went in after I referred friends and they said they were unhappy. I ordered what I always ordered and they were right it was not the same as I usually get. I didn’t complain but was disappointed with the service and food. It’s really sad honestly but it’s the way things go these days. There’s a new place in Helotes that I love. Just sharing my thoughts I wish this place the best but I can no longer recommend it or eat there . My friends that I told to try it said that soup was not hot and their chicken was fish tasting. Not sure how that happens but I can’t send people there and have them tell me I let them down. I’m out.
