I don’t recommend you eat here at all! I had beard hair in my food, the guys don’t wear beard nets which is absolutely disgusting and then they thought I was going to let them remake my omelet, without a beard next again no thank you! So I got up and left! And the girl still charged me $4 for a lemonade!

I called and placed a curbside pickup order. The person taking the order was incredibly difficult to hear/understand and wouldn’t speak up even after several requests to do so. Then I sat in the curbside spot for about 30 minutes AFTER I had called and they told me my order was ready. The lady who answered the phone said that my order was ready but they couldn’t get it to me. This place has terrible service, would not recommend.

TLDR: the manager refused to let me order what I wanted despite being more than willing to pay the extra cost.First let me say that our server was great and friendly and genuinely felt bad for what happened to me at this location.Being from out of town and on a tight schedule, I chose to go to ihop because it's a chain and I know what I can get to accommodate the fact that I cannot eat eggs. I was seated immediately and our server came over to take my order immediately. I knew what I wanted to get: a Denver omelette but with crispy potatoes instead of eggs. Something I have done several times in the past. I apologized that it was an annoying order but I just can't eat eggs. She said "no worries, I got you!" And went on her way.A couple minutes later, she came back and apologized because her boss wouldn't let me do that. He said it "wasn't worth it." I said it was worth it to me and asked to speak to him.I repeated again that I wanted to get a Denver omelette because it has bacon, sausage, shredded beef, ham, cheese, and a healthy dose of onions and green peppers. But I can't eat eggs so please put potatoes instead.He said they have a classic bowl that has hash browns, sausage, and cheese and would not let me order what i wanted to get. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.I've never encountered a restaurant manager that refused to let me order something even though I'm willing to pay for it!Absolutely insane...

The food was amazing. The service was a little slow, but they were really busy. The wait time was only 10 minutes to be seated. After we ordered our food we received it hot and fresh fast. We ordered the sampler for breakfast, and it was great. I can not complain about anything. Great job to all employees who work there.

Absolute atrocious experience. We were sat, placed drink and food order. Table beside us was sat 10 mins later and they got their drinks first. After 30 mins wait, table beside us got their food before us.

I come here every Monday with the kids after school to get dinner before soccer practice. The servers are always nice and always put us away from everyone else so my kids can do their homework with little distraction.
